What is Red Day in Germany
Traditional religious holiday in Germany.
Traditional religious holidays in Germany are legal holidays that are marked red on the calendar, referred to as Red Days. The city government of Frankfurt, which normally flies the flags of Germany and the European Union, also flies the flag of the state of Hesse on Red Day.
It is an official holiday in Germany, and stores are basically closed on that day.
