How to make machine-made charcoal with less ash

The ash content of machine-made charcoal mainly depends on two reasons:

One: Mechanized charcoal raw materials

There are also varieties of raw materials for machine-made charcoal, such as the ash of machine-made charcoal fired by Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica. Two: mechanism charcoal technology

Mainly carbonization technology. If it is fired in a traditional charcoal kiln, part of the carbon will turn into carbon dioxide, so the fixed carbon will decrease and the ash will increase. If the indirect combustion hot air flow-introduced carbonization kiln or dry distillation kiln is adopted, the fixed carbon of firewood can be retained to the maximum extent, and the carbonization temperature is higher and the ash content is relatively less.
