Dragon boat race performance includes three items: international standard dragon race, traditional dragon race and colorful dragon show. The International Standard Dragon Boat Race is a 260-meter straight race for men's international standard dragon boats. There are 6 dragon boats with 22 people each. The traditional dragon boat race is a traditional 260-meter straight race for men, with 6 dragon boats, each with 48-68 people; There are three brightly colored dragons performing in the dragon boat. Six towns, namely Shijing Street, Renhe Town, Jianggao Town, Jinsha Street, Hejun Street and Songzhou Street, each selected 1 international standard dragon boat and 1 traditional dragon boat to participate in the competition. There are 1 colorful dragons in Shijing Street, Renhe Town and Jinsha Street. The competition venue is located in Shijing reach from Shijing Bridge to Tancun Bridge. There are three competition channels, each with a width of10m and an average water depth of about 3-4m.

At the activity site, there are dragons racing on the river, and the rowers on the dragon boat are dressed neatly. Under the rhythmic drumming, the horn of "Congratulations" sounded loudly. The oarsmen struggled to paddle, and the dragon boat fought bravely for the first place. Onlookers on both sides of the strait struggled to cheer for the dragon boat they supported. Drums and shouts on the river make Shijing River a sea of joy. On that day, the dragon boat race was scheduled to be held at Tancun Bridge, Shijing Section, Shijing Bridge at 2: 30 pm, but the banks of the river were crowded with people who came to watch it early. Crowds of spectators stood on both sides of the river bank, even on the balconies of people by the water. The whole family went out collectively, invited three or five friends to come and moved the bench by themselves. Many viewers also brought their own binoculars. When the dragon boat passes by, the crowd will burst into warm cheers. The Shijing River Dragon Boat Race marks the success of Shijing River regulation.
