Only owner users can turn on face unlock, privacy space, sub users and guest users are not supported.

Face unlock is not available when you have not entered your lock screen password for 3 consecutive days, when your phone is remotely locked, or when you reboot your phone.

When using Face Unlock, please keep your eyes open, face directly in front of the phone, and keep the distance from the screen of the phone about 20cm ~ 50cm. Please try not to unlock your device in a dark environment, and avoid direct sunlight or light on your face.

Currently, the phone only supports one face.

1. Open Settings. Click on Security and Privacy? >? Face Unlock and enter the lock screen password.

If you have not set a lock screen password, please follow the on-screen instructions to set a lock screen password. Face Unlock works only when the unlock method is Pattern PIN, 4-digit PIN, Custom PIN, or Mixed PIN.

2. You can check the box to turn on the Lift to reveal function to enhance the face unlock experience, when the phone is off, you lift the phone, the phone will automatically reveal the screen and recognize your facial data to complete the unlock. If you don't need to use this function, you can uncheck this box. Then click Start Recording and follow the on-screen prompts to record your face.

3. Set the way to unlock the screen with your face:

Direct unlock: When you light up the screen, the phone recognizes your facial features and unlocks the screen.

Sliding screen unlock: After lighting up the screen, the phone recognizes your face successfully and then slides to unlock the screen in the lock screen interface.

Smart display lock screen notification: Enable the function of sliding screen unlock and smart display lock screen notification, the phone hides the notification details in the lock screen interface by default, and displays the notification details in the lock screen interface only when the owner's face is recognized successfully.

Access app lock: Turn on access app lock to access apps and locked apps using face recognition.
