If the Wi-Fi 7 icon is not displayed on the router's Web terminal management interface or the Smart Life App access device interface after a Wi-Fi 7 phone connects to Huawei Router BE3 Pro Wi-Fi, please refer to the following solution:

1. Ensure that the terminal device supports Wi-Fi 7 (both hardware and software of the terminal device are required to support it, and it is recommended that you consult with the phone manufacturer ).

2. Router 2.4G or 5G Wi-Fi mode set to be mode.

Steps:

(1) Please connect your phone/tablet/computer to the router's Wi-Fi, or use a network cable to connect the computer's network port and the router's LAN port (if it is a router that supports blind plugging of the network ports, you don't need to distinguish between WAN/LAN ports).

(2) Enter 192.168.3.1 in the browser address bar to access the router's web management interface. If you are connecting to the router's Wi-Fi with your cell phone/tablet, please click the upper right corner to switch to the PC version and then proceed as follows.

(3) In More Functions > Wi-Fi Settings > Wi-Fi Advanced, turn off Auto Channel Optimization, set 2.4G to 802.11b/g/n/ax/be, and 5G to 802.11a/n/ac/ax/be, and click Save.
