The so-called "forty without confusion, fifty knowing destiny", the film "If You Are the One" can be said to review and sort out the life of the 50-year-old director Xiaogang Feng.
Although "If You Are the One" is still a so-called "New Year's Comedy in Xiaogang Feng", there are all the iconic elements in those "Xiaogang Feng Comedy Movies", but these are no longer the focus of this film. Anger can be a poet or a comedy director. As a successful film director, Xiaogang Feng's anger and criticism of reality in his early films has been transformed into a mild mockery of himself and this generation in If You Are the One.
As the pinnacle of Xiaogang Feng's film career, Assembly is of great significance to director Xiaogang Feng. Xiaogang Feng once mentioned indignantly in the book "I dedicate my youth to you" that after a series of realistic TV series such as "The Back of the Moon" and "A Chicken Feather" were filmed or castrated, he turned to the comedy New Year film route and entertained the public with jokes and abuse. After the success of the box office, as a successful director who gained the right to speak, Xiaogang Feng not only matured in film technology, but also began to move closer to the direction of "successful person" in mentality and vision, and was no longer the spokesman of urban hooligans in films such as A, B, D, Endless and Be there or be square. (It must be noted that "hooligans" here are a definition of people who have lost their identity in the urban population, rather than moral or judicial judgments in the traditional sense. )
However, Xiaogang Feng, who appears as a successful person, will still find it embarrassing that wealth success cannot offset the deliberate indifference of the mainstream society. It was not until he was finally recognized by the mainstream society of the assembly that he came back to face the New Year comedy on which he became famous that there was an embarrassing situation-he was not so angry that he laughed so loudly.
Therefore, "If You Are the One" gently played a lot of jokes, but basically it happened in some closed spaces, no longer in contact with the outside world. When the characters played by Ge You and Shu Qi needed a bigger environment to show their hearts, the director sent them to Hokkaido. In addition to possible advertising sponsorship, the advantage of doing so can also provide an unreal background environment, subtly but deliberately eliminating all traces of real life.
"If You Are the One" is a comedy film on the surface, but it is a plot ethics film in the bones. A middle-aged man and a young woman, after getting to know each other in the form of marriage, discovered the secrets of each other's past and finally evolved into "two hearts are desperate" who fled to Hokkaido together. In this strange trip to strange bedfellows, middle-aged men want to seek future commitments, while young women want to get rid of the shackles of the past.
Although this story is loose, it consciously or unconsciously reflects the common moral and survival anxiety in the current urban groups-how to find a balance between reality and ideals in the case of the extreme lack of traditional moral constraints?
Of course, Xiaogang Feng's films always give no answers. He is only responsible for providing warmth. If someone is stupid enough to go into the cinema to find the answers to the puzzles in his life, we have to pretend not to see them.
Roi, a middle-aged anxious man played by Ge You, walked into a church in Hokkaido half-truths. In fact, neither the priest nor the audience can understand what Roi is nagging, but he can enjoy it himself. For director Xiaogang Feng, If You Are the One is such a movie. As long as you can scratch the audience's feet, it doesn't matter if you can't scratch them. What's important is that director Xiaogang Feng used "If You Are the One" to make a slightly sad comb of his middle-aged feelings.
Although we can still hear the expected humorous dialogue in the movie, there is a faint sadness behind the laughter for the audience. Perhaps in order to dilute the faint melancholy that pervades the whole film, Fan Wei's scene is abruptly added at the beginning and end of the film. Especially at the end of the film, the prospect of floating red bridge in the stock market is not only redundant, but also cheap.
2. Ip Man:
Ip Man is definitely worth watching twice in a row. The first time, I saw dazzling kung fu, because the value of movie tickets all became boxing time; The second time, look at the fighters behind kung fu. They drew a violent question mark with a short or ups and downs life: things change, what is a fighter?
The first third of the film shows a group of people in China folk Wulin on the eve of the Anti-Japanese War with vivid and humorous plots. Foshan, then known as the hometown of martial arts, learned from teachers and learned from each other. Of course, there are also various viewpoints and competitions. In this short space, there are people who are obsessed with martial arts, people who hold up the facade with martial arts, and people who conquer others with martial arts. The protagonist of the story, Ye Wen, is a first-class master who loves martial arts but has no struggle. He is introverted and modest, and he is also a rich boy who loves his family and respects his wife. In this life background, martial arts is purely a daily way of life, showing the wildness and humor of the grassroots. The threat posed by the northern Wulin, represented by Zhao Jinshan, is the most violent scene in this drama, but it is also dispelled by the feather duster in the most homely way. The curtain of comedy falls in the carnival of many fighters in Idolization.
Textbooks have turned over a page of national tragedy. Biographical films often use the passage of time and the changes of the times to create a turning point in the fate of the characters, and IP Man and his peers have fallen into a useless situation without preparation. In that era when weapons were stronger than martial arts and fighters trampled on martial arts, the anxiety, hesitation, pain and helplessness of fighters made them embark on different paths of meaning pursuit. However, it is at this point in the development of the story that the screenwriter level of Hong Kong films is always insufficient. Jinshan's role positioning is a failure. This reckless and honest northern man later became a mountain thief and inexplicably betrayed Ip Man to the Japanese army (this plot is said to have been deleted, but we can learn from Li Zhao's warning of laying down his life)-this abrupt personality change and the whereabouts of the missing persons have also been shown in the experience of Wu Chi's Lam brothers, so I won't go into details here. Such a bad sub-line design makes a group of fighters' ecological display, which almost makes this film a Hollywood-style version of personal heroism.
Fortunately, I can still see the performance of Master Liao. This middle-aged man who looks rich is the third person in the film who is a domestic martial artist. With a high heart and a little citizen habits, he will now compete with the Japanese for three meals a day. His situation is also something that other Mushatokoro must face. The upright character of "five buckets of rice don't bend over" has been transformed into pragmatism and adventurism by these "rough people", which can not only beat up the Japanese, but also have the opportunity to fill their stomachs. Master Liao finally died at the gunpoint of a Japanese sniper, indirectly because of his impetuousness and quick success. His death aggravated the loss of martial arts practitioners' pursuit of utility: no matter how good martial arts are, they can't hit it. What is a soldier?
Ip Man knows this very well, so he feels at a loss. I worked hard, but only got a piece of baked sweet potato to dig coal, but I could only watch my compatriots die and be unable to rescue them. When he said "I'm useless" to his wife, his eyes were dying in despair. This is the place that impressed me the most, and it also indicates that IP Man will return to the stage with confusion and play a hero role that he should not have played. Seeing this, when we watch Jet Li's version of Huo Yuanjia, we will naturally feel the expectation: Will this master of folk martial arts, who has mixed ethnic hatred, let us experience the spiritual baptism of patriotism again with a hearty and tragic martial arts?
However, IP Man is not the anti-Japanese version of Huo Yuanjia after all. On the eve of the decisive battle, he seemed to have solved many problems that he could not solve: should he devote himself to martial arts or respect his wife and children? Should I be immune or pass on what I have learned? Should I die for my country or submit to humiliation? What is the value of China Wushu? What is the ultimate goal of China Wushu? What is national justice? What is national ethics? In an era when everyone can't control his own destiny, how will the essence of Wushu play its role? ..... In the movie, IP Man's answer is "benevolence" of Confucianism. But I think a word "benevolence" is not enough to satisfy him, because after easily defeating the Japanese, the film gave a sensational slow mirror. We see that IP Man is still at a loss at this time. What will he be thinking in the face of similar cheering compatriots?
The film has no time to give an answer. Shooting, crowd, rescue, escape ... A few lines of subtitles, accompanied by historical photos, explain the course of the master's recruiting talents and developing martial arts in the second half of his life. What is a soldier? Ip Man not only brought us a wonderful performance of Wing Chun Boxing, but also threw us this serious existential proposition. Our traditional martial arts was created by Hollywood with Weiya and computers as Kung Fu Kingdom, and domestic directors who like "takenism" also made a lot of money-burning movies to learn vividly. When martial arts became stunts and gimmicks, Zhang Che's martial arts films came out in a hurry. Nowadays, Ip Man artistically reproduces the image of a great master who regards Wushu as his life, trying to awaken our true memory of China Wushu. In this sense, IP Man deserves to be regarded as the best kung fu film in recent years.
3. madagascar 2:
Three years ago, four animals escaped from new york Zoo and were caught back. Then, with the efforts of animal organizers, they were sent to their hometown in Africa, and on the way, they were mistakenly sent to Madagascar. Then, after all kinds of hardships, they finally waited for the four penguin brothers who came to the rescue, and were about to set sail again for their beloved hometown of new york. However, several penguin brothers forgot to tell them that the boat was running out of gas. . . You must want to know whether these animals left the island three years later and returned to new york, where they drowned. . . Isn't it hopeless to drown or go back to new york? So, this strange environment in Africa may be a better choice? The second episode [Madagascar: Escape from Africa 2] is to show you whether these "new york people" can survive in their original hometown. Things don't look optimistic, but at least compared with the last time, this trip to Kenya is more exciting and full of jokes. The test is not only the friendship between four good friends, but also the affection and love. Most importantly, the Penguin brothers turned their backs on the guests again, and continued to make trouble and spoof to the end.
If I hesitated whether to return to nature or stay in new york to enjoy life when I was in the zoo, this contradiction hardly exists in this episode. As soon as the film started, the animals rushed back to new york. Their "urbanization" characteristics are becoming more and more obvious in this episode. From talking to living habits, they are all designed according to new york's artificial standards, and living habits are even more incompatible with the surrounding environment. But apart from adapting to the environment and finding a home, compared with the last episode, they all have their own things to do: Alex the lion is busy proving to his parents and enemies that he is not a coward; Marty the zebra is busy proving himself "different" in front of his peers; Gloria hippo is busy looking for the only thrill and proving that she deserves to be loved; Melman the giraffe is busy proving that his love for Gloria is the only thing he can't let go of before he dies. Penguins are busy proving that as well-trained "agents", it is not a problem to grab some jeeps, defeat an old lady and build another plane. . . The difficulties and obstacles in this episode only prove once again that these lovely protagonists are no longer suitable for nature, but incarnate as "people". Of course, they can't go back to new york to live a good life for the time being, because the joy of our shameless audience is based on their pain. Maybe in the next episode, the Animal Brotherhood will cross the ocean and suffer in Asia. . . .
Although DreamWorks cartoons always lose to Pixar in the touching effect of "revealing the truth", it is undeniable that DreamWorks cartoons have always been known as "funny" and are mainly adult spoof humor, which is better than Pixar's cartoons in comedy effect. I still remember the first episode [Madagascar], when four penguins came to the South Pole and said only one sentence: "It sucks!" . You will never hear the word "suck" in Pixar or Disney animation. Madagascar series is more adult than the cartoons produced by DreamWorks such as Shrek, especially in language and character setting. Except for the lion and zebra, the settings are conservative and gentle, and other characters have dumbfounded dialogues and behaviors, which many adults may understand better. [Madagascar2] is more obvious at this point, and it also reflects its characteristics of "children are not necessarily suitable, but adults absolutely love". Think about it. In which cartoon with cute animal images, a white-haired old lady was punched and kicked, making things difficult in every way, and Mao was hit by a car at once? It seems that people think they are watching R-rated adult comedies that Ben Stiller is usually good at. In addition, there are homosexual hints and propaganda of interracial love in the film. Even if the director finally doesn't have the guts to show it through and be merciful, many parents will still receive questions from their children after leaving the cinema:
"Mom, can giraffes and hippos mate?" "Mom, can I grow up and marry my doll?" "Mom, can I hit my grandmother with my car?" These problems should have been a headache for parents for some time. [Madagascar2] may not be considered as a healthy film suitable for children, but as an adult, this film is a joyful viewing experience with constant surprises from beginning to end.
The box office and word-of-mouth success of the last episode made the director see the development trend of the series. The most important thing is to further develop the most popular characters, which is also the place where movies progress.
predict the future
The late American science fiction writer Philip K. Tick has adapted another work, The Golden Man, into a film. New Zealand director Tamar Holly, Cage and Moore, two Hollywood superstars, and promising young actress Jessica Biel are all worth looking forward to. Just a little disappointed after reading it. Maybe I'm asking too much of Philip K. Tick's works.
I prefer the translated title of Foresight, which can better hide Tamaholi's intention, and the appearance of the name of Foresight can make some viewers feel the direction of the story in advance, everything is an illusion, and the ending will inevitably return to the foreshadowing somewhere half an hour before the movie.
It's a pity that it's really like this to foresee the future ending. Cage hugs Bell in the Jueling Building with a slightly abrupt close-up look, which sets the ending for the film. I am not disappointed to see this. My classic film The Sixth Sense may be written and directed by Shamalan, or it may be an adaptation of Stephen King's novel, 1408, regardless of whether this ending will make me keen on Hollywood action.
Thankfully, director Tamaholi finally stopped playing with the high-tech without content that he was good at. Great efforts have been made to shape the theme of the film in the future, but this time the theme is relatively difficult to express-time. For any director, it is very dangerous to use movies to express the discussion of time. His own series of theories and plot settings (predicting the future time) are as profound as Einstein's theory of relativity, which can only be expressed in words. Not only will the audience not understand, but also his unconstrained and unreasonable ideas will not be favored by the academy at the Oscar, perhaps because of this consideration. Director Tamaholi made Foresight of the Future very popular, and expressed time with simple life logic, which, like Einstein's theory of relativity, is not understood by everyone. Many details in the film can't stand scrutiny, and there are many loopholes.
The story is not complicated. Qiang Sen, a second-rate magician played by Cage, has the super ability to foresee himself for the next two minutes. This idea originated from Dick's original works is very creative. What I can and can't do in two minutes has aroused my imagination. Many times, when we understand what happened in two minutes, these two minutes have passed. If the story continues this trend, there will be many innovative plots. However, the innovation of the story ends here, and my disappointment begins here. When Qiang Sen foresaw the appearance of the goddess in his life (played by Bell), he found that he could foresee their whole future. At the same time, Hollywood movies are often put together in teams, and terrorists are preparing to blow up an American city with nuclear bombs. Qiang Sen's ability to foresee the future may be able to avoid disaster. The hope of saving 8 million people falls on Qiang Sen alone, and an American hero is coming. However, Qiang Sen was fed up with all kinds of examinations since he was a child, and the government and medical research departments were curious about him. He doesn't want to contribute to the female agent (Moore) of the FBI. Coupled with Hollywood-style love, Qiang Sen foresaw that his goddess would be killed by terrorists in the future, and his fearless spirit came into being. He agreed to assist the FBI in dealing with terrorists. There is only one condition.
Having said that, I don't want to explain how bad this film is. In fact, if it is not compared with other films adapted from Philip K. Tick's works, Foreseeing the Future is really a sincere film. Ten minutes after the movie started, Qiang Sen fled the casino. In plot design, director Tama Hawley showed his superiority in moving mirrors and editing. Through the foresight of the next two minutes, Qiang Sen cleverly escaped the siege of several casino security guards with clever actions. Through smooth and accurate scene scheduling, director Tama Holly fully demonstrated Qiang Sen's super power and brought a strong sense of bringing in to the audience, which was absolutely wonderful. Later, in the Life of Qiang Sen, there was a scene in which the director Tama Holly added a lot of imagination to Qiang Sen's thinking about how to know her. After foreseeing that he would be rejected many times in the next two minutes, Qiang Sen finally thought of the best way. His humor did not break the foundation of their emotional development, and he was very thoughtful. In the second half of the plot, Qiang Sen was forced to show his super powers to his girlfriend, and at the end, Qiang Sen's busy handling in the warehouse also brought some surprises. In a word, China Film Group introduced this Hollywood film in 2008 for its own reasons.
Foresee the future, can the future change? What cannot be changed is that death is coming. What can change is this movie. The second half of the gun battle scene is not hot enough, but it is exciting enough. Through the ability to foresee the future, Qiang Sen can always accurately find the location where the enemy is about to appear, and hit his finger with a gun, which really makes me admire the idea of director Tama Hawley.
Ursula Lequin, who is also a science fiction writer at the end of the 20th century, commented on Philip K Tick's works, saying, "There are no heroic deeds in his books, but there are many heroes, among whom Dickens once mentioned honest, kind and persevering ordinary people."
Philip K. Tick explores social and political topics in his early works and discusses drugs and theology in his later works. This sci-fi writer, who was forgotten by the world and became a master after his death, once contributed many excellent themes to film adaptation. Scott's movie blade runner is recognized by countless sci-fi fans as the most underestimated sci-fi movie in history, and Minority Report is one of the classic Hollywood movies, and puts forward that "if criminal intent can really be accurately predicted, should we?"? Spielberg consolidated his position as a Hollywood director with this film. Memory Crack is directed by John Woo, a Hong Kong director who developed in Hollywood. It tells the story of a top secret mission performer looking for the truth buried in his memory in some ordinary objects. On the screen of the film, John Woo did his homework, but the role-playing was a bit far-fetched.
As a commercial film, we can see stars, gun battles and suspense. What else can we ask for? The spiritual core of Philip K. Tick's works has not been discarded. As for the various comments on whether the ending is wonderful, it is just a matter of personal preference.
Finally, I boldly predict that Jessica Biel, a rare young actress in Hollywood, will be on the Oscar stage in less than five years, and her nomination for best actress is certain. As for whether she will win the prize in the end, it is the result of opportunity and hard work.
Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf are both awesome.
Winter vacation homework arranged the winter vacation at school. ...
School is boring ... this kind of cartoon needs homework. ...
I will post my homework results for more oppressed relatives (tears streaming down my face ~ ~)! (Brave ~ Brave ~)
During the winter vacation, the school organized to watch the animated film Pleasant Goat and Big Big Big Wolf produced by SMG, and also showed the theatrical version of Pleasant Goat and Big Big Big Wolf in the cinema. Generally speaking, the target audience of the film is children aged 6-7. However, due to the media promotion and the theme song "Happy Year of the Ox" sung by A Niu, this film is also favored by people of all ages. Moreover, unlike the Hollywood animated film blockbuster, the film is only a small investment, but it has won the title of "box office dark horse", which is really an unexpected result.
Based on the animated TV version, the story structure of the film tells the story of pleasant goat, beautiful goat and other lambs in qingqing grasslands Yangcun. The sheep in the movie moved the stage of the story to a snail suffering from plague. In the snail, the lambs met three kinds of bacteria living in the snail, namely, the white cow country, the black cow country and the yellow cattle bandit. The wolf, his wife, Red Taro, and his son, Gray, also accidentally entered the snail's body. In the past, the wolf tried his best to get his wife and children to eat mutton. With the development of the story, the enemy also became a partner, and finally everyone escaped from heaven, which also helped the snail recover its vitality and was bullish.
China's animation has always been regarded as synonymous with "teaching without pleasure", with simple content, dull story and blindly preaching the truth. However, this animated film has changed people's previous views on China's animation and added more interesting and humorous elements to make the audience smile. Moreover, there are educational elements in the story, telling children that they can't give up their faith and friends when they encounter difficulties, and there are also true feelings that Grey Wolf and Red Taro still stay in their hearts after fighting. When the audience is watching, children like cute animal images in movies, teenagers watch funny plots in stories, and parents teach their children the enlightenment brought by movies. Everyone needs what he wants, so it will attract people of all ages to watch.
One of the reasons why many viewers like watching this cartoon is that they can compare themselves with the images in the film and choose their favorite cartoon image. Like the witty and brave Pleasant Goat, he is loved by most audiences, and his example image also helps children learn and follow suit. The beautiful appearance of Meiyangyang is also the envy of many little girls. I hope I can dress up beautifully in the future. Of course, the obsession of girls and white-collar workers with Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf is also due to the images of "savage housewife" and "honest husband" in the film, and even the audience made the voice of "marrying Big Big Wolf". The success of Pleasant Goat is due to the different personality settings of several sheep, which makes the audience involuntarily sit in the right position when watching cartoons. For example, the wolf is the representative of a model husband, and Hong Taro is the representative of a savage girlfriend. Many young white-collar women think they are lazy sheep, while many people who are slow to do things think they are slow sheep of the village chief. An animation incorporates many characters with different personalities. The audience will like different characters and find their own resonance from the film, which makes people feel that the film is integrated into life.
Looking at the whole movie, there are still some shortcomings: among all the characters in the movie, the cutest one is not Grey Wolf or Pleasant Goat, but Grey, who seems to pretend to be the owner, otherwise the movie might as well be called Grey. Although there is humor in the film, the ending is boring, that is, many jokes are told instead of a complete story. When the film progressed to the point where the king of the White Bull Kingdom named Pleasant Goat and others as warriors of the White Bull Kingdom, people actually felt that it was coming to an end. As a result, Cang Lang's plane army attacked the city again, and the plot was immediately chaotic. It feels like a plot is randomly connected to create time without transition. In the media publicity, it is said that there are Brothers Lian, A Niu's voice and A Niu's theme song. From this point of view, the way the movie attracts the audience's attention is not the plot, but the stunt of the star. Fortunately, the characters are set very cute, otherwise they are still cold.
The theatrical version of Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf has made great achievements in the animation history of China, but it has only taken a small step in the international animation industry, even in the animation industry. Nevertheless, we should encourage and appreciate this and believe that the animation industry in China can do better in the future.
