③ Take material-device-integration-packaging-design as a social demand.
At the same time, in the construction of teaching materials:
In the form of circular rolling, the evaluation and transformation will be carried out every three years, and the construction idea of one procurement, one preparation and one planning will be adopted.
The teaching content of this course is divided into nine chapters: introduction to electronic materials, conductive materials, resistive materials, superconducting materials, semiconductor materials, dielectric materials, optoelectronic materials, magnetic materials and sensitive electronic materials. This paper systematically introduces the manufacturing methods, structural characteristics, electromagnetic properties, component design, application development and other basic knowledge of major electronic materials involved in the electronic information industry. According to the characteristics and requirements of this major, the sixth and eighth chapters are the focus, the second and third chapters are self-study, and other chapters are generally explanations.
Design concept of practical teaching
The design concept of practical teaching takes the comprehensive cultivation of knowledge, ability and quality as the requirement, and aims at improving students' "independent thinking ability", "autonomous learning ability", "ability to analyze and solve problems", and enhancing students' "professional consciousness" and "innovative consciousness".
Under the guidance of the established practical teaching design concept, the teaching content is carefully refined. The characteristics of experimental teaching content mainly focus on:
(1) integrates theory with practice, and the experimental content is novel and applied. Experimental teaching especially emphasizes the combination of theoretical teaching and experimental links. The theoretical teaching content of 4 hours focuses on the relationship between the preparation process, microstructure and performance evaluation of electronic materials and component manufacturing, analyzes the common methods and key steps involved in the preparation process of electronic materials, and compares the adaptability of these methods. The teaching content comes from scientific research projects, which is innovative and academic. The experimental projects carried out by students are all derived from the research contents of scientific research projects, with novel experimental contents and advanced technical means, thus ensuring the academic and technological advancement of experimental contents and enhancing students' awareness of engaging in scientific research.
(2) The whole teaching process from material technology, test analysis and performance characterization to parts manufacturing. The experimental teaching content of this course is developed from three aspects: preparation technology of electronic materials, microstructure and performance characterization, structural design and trial production of components. Through process experiments, students are familiar with the preparation methods, processes and key processes of electronic materials, understand and master the influence of key process parameters on the structure and performance of electronic materials, and fully understand the importance of preparation technology and process control of electronic materials; By analyzing the microstructure and electromagnetic characteristics of samples made by students in the process, students can master the commonly used evaluation methods of physical and chemical characteristics of electronic materials and the characterization techniques of dielectric and magnetoelectric parameters, and cultivate their awareness of electronic materials research from three aspects: adjusting material preparation technology, controlling microstructure and phase composition, and optimizing electromagnetic characteristics of electronic materials. According to the specific functions shown by the physical and chemical properties of different material samples, we try to make components with different functions, cultivate students' ability to apply the functional characteristics of electronic materials, and enable students to acquire certain ability of component design and development.
The experimental teaching of this course emphasizes the cultivation and improvement of students' scientific research and development quality and production practice ability. The characteristics of experimental teaching methods are mainly manifested in the following two aspects:
