Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine internal organizations

Based on the above responsibilities, the Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has four internal organizations.

(I) Office.

Responsible for the political work of the organ; drafting of Chinese medicine, combined traditional and western medicine, ethnic medicine, draft local laws and regulations, draft government regulations; responsible for the daily operation of the organ such as communications, meetings, confidentiality, archives, etc.; undertake policy research, information, letters and visits, motions, recommendations, proposals, confidentiality, public disclosure of government information, administrative reconsideration, responding to lawsuits, publicity, safety and security, statistics, personnel, Institutional preparation, foreign affairs, retirement and other work; undertake the organization and supervision of important matters of the organ.

(2) Planning and Finance Division.

Research and formulation of the city's overall plan for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and goals; participate in the formulation of traditional Chinese medicine industry to promote and support policies as well as planning for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry; inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture, organize and carry out a census of traditional Chinese medicine resources, is responsible for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, ethnomedicine resources, excavation, collation, protection; contractors to support the management of special funds for traditional Chinese medicine; participation in the development and adjustment of Chinese medicine medical service program fees; responsible for the preparation of departmental budget and management of the use of funds, responsible for the organs and affiliated units of the financial, capital construction, management of state-owned assets.

(3) medical administration (primary health care).

Developing the city's traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of major diseases and organize the implementation of planning; guidance and organization of the implementation of rural health, community health services in traditional Chinese medicine; responsible for setting up traditional Chinese medicine, combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, ethnomedicine medical institutions qualification examination and approval, and guidance of various types of traditional Chinese medicine, combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, ethnomedicine medical institutions and medical services supervision; development of the relevant medical institutions and their technical application of management norms, standards, and supervision and implementation; formulation of relevant medical institutions and their technical application of management norms and standards, and supervise the implementation; the development of Chinese medicine, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, nursing and clinical use of drugs and other management methods and standards of medical technology services, and supervise the implementation; responsible for the monitoring and management of the quality of medical care in Chinese medicine; is responsible for the identification of Chinese medicine practitioners, registration, change of qualifications; is responsible for the review of Chinese medicine medical advertisements as well as in accordance with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine developed by the supervision of the medicinal diets and health care products.

(4) Science and Education Department.

Developing and organizing the implementation of the city's scientific research in traditional Chinese medicine, technology development planning; guiding the conditions and capacity building of scientific research in traditional Chinese medicine, as well as academic exchanges, scientific and technological cooperation, etc.; management of key scientific research projects in traditional Chinese medicine, and to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, application and promotion; organizing and carrying out the publicity and popularization of preventive and health care scientific knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine; the development and implementation of the development of human resources in traditional Chinese medicine planning, and to participate in the preparation of Chinese medicine education development planning and guidance of Chinese medicine education and teaching reform, contractors of Chinese medicine teacher education, post-graduation education, continuing education and related personnel training organization and guidance work.
