However, the quality of party spirit education has declined in recent years, which is manifested in the following aspects: First, the content of party spirit education is vague and lacks truth. The core content of party spirit is often put aside, and people in party member often talk about ideals and beliefs and party spirit cultivation, so that they can't grasp the essentials, such as "seeing flowers in the fog" and don't know what to grasp.

Second, party spirit education is very important and difficult to implement in practice. Seventh, the way of party spirit education is relatively simple, and it is not enough to temper party spirit in practice. Especially under the long-term ruling conditions, a considerable number of cadres in party member lack exercise in a difficult environment, lack feelings with the people, and even forget that they come from the people. This is the realistic root of the weakening of party spirit of some cadres in party member.

Eighth, party spirit education lacks powerful teaching materials, systematicness and profundity.
