How to mix beige paint?

Although the colors of the finished paint are various, they still can't meet the requirements of design and use in decoration construction, and we need to mix colors ourselves. There are two bases for color matching: one is to mix colors according to written or oral requirements, which is more convenient and easy for oil workers. However, the choice of color is very important. If the color selection is not appropriate, the effect of color matching is not ideal. For example, when blending medium green, any yellow and blue can be blended into medium green, but only the purity of yellow and blue is better, and medium green is purer and brighter. The other is to allocate according to the requirements of the model, which is demanding and technical, which is not easy for ordinary oil workers to do. Mainly rely on practical experience, and compared with color cards, identify which kinds of monochrome are composed of excellent color cards, and what is the approximate proportion of each monochrome, and then try to match with the same variety of paint. After being approved by the design and construction unit, the painting method is the same as or similar to the sample, and the color is the same as the sample.

Paint color matching methods and matters needing attention are as follows:

(1) trial sample. Firstly, determine how many kinds of multicolor paints are contained in the paint template or sample, and then estimate the weight of various colored paints participating in color matching as the basis for preparing details. The simple method of weight measurement is: put more than two kinds of color paints used for color matching into the container towel, weigh their gross weights, and then weigh them again after color matching is completed, and the difference between the two weights can be obtained.

(2) When mixing colors, first add the main color paint, then slowly and intermittently add the strong color paint to the main color paint, and constantly stir the mixture. Compare with samples or samples, observe and adjust at any time. You must adjust the color of the mountain patiently to meet the requirements. For example, to prepare beige paint, first pour the white paint into the container, then slowly add the yellow paint and keep stirring until the color meets the requirements. To adjust the sky blue paint, it is also necessary to first adjust the white paint into the container, and then gradually add the blue paint until it is satisfactory.

(3) When matching colors, it must be considered that the paint is light when it is wet, and it will turn black when it is dry. Therefore, in the process of color matching, the color of wet paint is slightly lighter than that on the template, and it is necessary to know in advance the floating degree of a primary color in multi-color paint and the change of paint material.

(4) Pay attention to adding some auxiliary materials such as catalyst, curing agent, varnish, diluent, etc. If it is in winter and the temperature is low, a drier should be added before blending, otherwise the color tone will be affected.

(5) Colors often have different color heads. If it is paired with positive green, it is generally yellow with green head and blue with yellow head; When purple and red are matched, red-headed blue and blue-headed red should be used, that is to say, pure blue and red cannot be used, and blue with trace red and red pigment with trace blue must be used.

(6) When matching colors, adding different components of white can dilute the primary colors or complex colors and get different shades of colors, such as light blue, light blue, sky blue, medium blue, dark blue and so on. Adding different components of black can get different colors with different brightness, such as gray, brown, brown, grass green and so on.

2. Mix paint colors.

See table 5- 1 for the color ratio of common coatings.

3. Color of mixed color paste.

See Table 5-2 for the dosage and proportion of color paste pigments.

4. Consistency of coating preparation

Due to storage or climatic reasons, the consistency of the coating is too large, so an appropriate amount of diluent should be added to the coating to reduce its consistency to meet the construction requirements. The amount of diluent should not exceed 20% of the coating weight, which will reduce the performance of the film. Diluent must be used together with paint and cannot be abused to avoid quality accidents. For example, shellac paint should use ethanol and nitrocellulose paint should use banana oil.

5, the deployment of colorants

The preparation of colorants used on wood surface is mainly the adjustment of water color, wine color and oil color.
