How to connect this power amplifier terminal?

These four terminals should be left and right main speakers, surrounded by left and right. But you can't see the main speaker and surround from the picture.

R stands for right. L stands for left.

This is to loosen the red hat and black hat in the picture to expose the terminal, peel off the skin of the speaker cable and wrap it around the terminal, then tighten it!
