Product characteristics of Linxian jujube

It is characterized by big head, small core, thin skin, thick meat, fine quality and sweet taste, and is rich in protein and organic acids. Appraised by the Institute of Biochemical Physics of China Academy of Sciences, Kaiyang Jujube contains 18 amino acids, 10 vitamins and 14 trace elements. In particular, cyclic adenosine monophosphate and selenium, which are rich in anti-cancer and health care functions, are known as the king of fruits and nourishing products. At the forest products fair, Kaiyang Muzao was rated as one of the top ten famous dates in Shanxi Province. In order to meet the needs of industrial restructuring, our county has introduced a large number of excellent varieties from the province, enriching the jujube resources in Kaiyang.

Jujube on the Yellow River Beach in Linxian County is sweet and sour, cylindrical and slightly black in color. It has the functions of invigorating spleen and appetizing, reducing fire and nourishing yin, and protecting health and prolonging life. Some dates are darker. Generally, if there is no mildew, then blackening is normal, because gathering sugar together or drying and cooking will make jujube black.
