Technical Description of Biofuel Boiler

1. Bio-fuel boiler, also known as biomass boiler, is a kind of boiler with biomass energy as fuel, which is divided into biomass steam boiler, biomass hot water boiler, biomass hot blast stove, biomass heat conduction oil furnace, vertical biomass boiler and horizontal biomass boiler.

2. The boiler adopts reciprocating grate of combustion equipment which is most suitable for biomass fuel combustion. In terms of structural design, compared with the traditional boiler, the boiler has a larger furnace space, and at the same time, it is arranged with a very reasonable secondary air, which is beneficial to the full combustion of a large number of volatile substances precipitated instantly when biomass fuel is burned;

3. The boiler can be equipped with oil burner to realize ignition automation. The feeding, combustion, slag discharge, water supply and ignition of the boiler can be automatically controlled, and the operation is very convenient. The boiler is equipped with an automatic ash cleaning device, which can remove the ash from the heating area of the boiler in time and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the boiler;

4. Using high-efficiency thermal insulation materials, the surface temperature of the boiler is low, and the heat loss is negligible. It is produced in strict accordance with the national codes and standards of China, and all pressure components are made of high-quality boiler steel.
