Principle and problem solving of magnetic flap level meter.

Principle: The magnetic flap level gauge is developed according to buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling principle. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the main pipe of the level gauge also rises and falls, and the permanent magnet steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic column-turning indicator through magnetic coupling, which drives the red and white columns to turn over 180. When the liquid level rises, the turnover column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the turnover column turns from red to white. The red-white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container, thus realizing a clear indication of the liquid level.

Problem solving: 1. When detecting the filter capacitor in the power supply, the anode and cathode of the electrolytic capacitor should be short-circuited first. When short-circuited, do not use probe wires instead of wires to discharge the capacitor, because it is easy to burn out the core wire. You can take a 220V, 60 ~ 100 W lamp with a base lead and connect it at both ends of the capacitor. The bulb will flash at the moment of discharge.

2. When troubleshooting the instrument in a humid environment, it is necessary to test the smoothness of each point of the printed circuit with a multimeter, because the main fault in this case is copper foil corrosion.

3. When the internal circuit of the instrument is overhauled, if insulating paint is coated on the contact between the mounting element and the circuit board, the parameters of each point can be measured with an ordinary hand sewing needle welded on the multimeter probe, so that each point can be directly measured through the paint layer without peeling off the paint layer in a large area.
