What is a green vehicle

Vehicles loaded with fresh and live Agricultural products and other agricultural products outside the scope of the "catalog" mixed load, and mixed load of other agricultural products does not exceed the approved mass of the vehicle or 20% of the volume of the vehicle, compared with the whole vehicle loaded with live and fresh agricultural products vehicles;
