In building construction, how to distinguish between big workers and small workers, such as big workers

Generally speaking, workers are skilled workers, and their main jobs are bricklayers, Plaster workers, electricians and plumbers. Coolies refer to laborers, ordinary workers and ordinary workers, who are mainly engaged in jobs with little technical content and only need strength.

The coolies on the construction site generally refer to jobs that require little or no technical content and can be used quickly.
