Rifles are good for practicing, or pistols are good for practicing.

Because practicing rifle is so hard, the standing position alone is very hard!

The standing posture can be divided into six parts: the first body support surface; the second pelvis; the third spine; the fourth left arm; the fifth right arm; and the sixth head.

(a) body support surface: the shooter stands parallel to the feet, the two feet open about the same width as the shoulder, in a nearly trapezoidal support surface.

(ii) Pelvis: tilted to the right rear, with the small of the back and the left crotch enlightened out.

(iii) Spine: S-shaped curvature when viewed from the right side, with the torso tilted about 20 degrees or so to the right rear and the upper body relaxed and collapsed.

(IV-)Left arm: the left upper arm is close to the side of the chest, the elbow is against the iliac crest, and the forearm is nearly vertical.

(v-)Right arm: the bottom plate of the buttstock is tightly pressed against the inner side of the right shoulder joint, the right hand grips the grip, and the right arm is naturally lowered.

(F) Turn your head moderately to the left, with your cheeks naturally attached to the stock.

After the stance position is established, the projection point of its total center of gravity falls through the lumbosacral joint near the left foot within the support surface.
