It took us two weeks to plan and prepare as fully as possible. The planning and arrangement of activities have been repeatedly trimmed and planned, enriching links and modes as much as possible to make the activities interesting. But I never had enough experience to rehearse in advance, and some small details were not taken into account. Although I want to enrich the activities and modes, I haven't considered the necessary props (such as the feasibility of replacing the answering machine with a flashlight). Secondly, some subjective conditions, such as not using the lecture hall and not applying for it, make the activity somewhat inadequate.

2. Cooperation.

Active assistance and efforts in many aspects are the guarantee for the completion of the activities. Cadres and students from all departments actively cooperated to make the activities easier.

1, lack of seriousness. Many students are not completely serious.

2. Lack of experience, the cooperation of behind-the-scenes work needs to be improved. There are serious mistakes in the PPT made by the learning department, such as missing questions, repeating questions, and not doing according to the answers after the questions are given, which has a certain gap with the questions planned and compiled by our department. Work attitude needs to be improved. At the same time, our department didn't review well and changed it in the afternoon, but there was not enough time to change PPT and no preparation in advance.

This arrangement has some disadvantages. There are still some students who are not active enough in the activities. Without the normal application of the lecture hall, they overestimated the audience's ability to be present and did not give mandatory notice. Our mobilization effect did not reach the best effect, resulting in a small audience and a bit low atmosphere.

Third, the significance and results of the activity

1. Although the activity is small, it has far-reaching significance, which fully embodies the importance of security issues, especially for college students, a special talent reserve group.

2. Focusing on the theme of "Safety is with us", this activity has made complete progress, achieved partial success and played a certain publicity role.

This activity also fully trained all the members of our department and laid the foundation for future activities. In future activities, we will learn from this experience and strive to be perfect.

4. This activity completed important practical activities with a small amount of funds.

5. In the competition, many students answered the safety knowledge contest so skillfully and knew so much about safety knowledge, which shows that students attach importance to this competition and are really serious about learning safety knowledge. We can proudly say that the activities organized by our department have improved students' understanding of safety knowledge and achieved the expected goal.
