Practice and ingredients of braised pork
Materials of braised pork: pork, ginger, fragrant leaves, soy sauce, pepper, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, salt, sugar and chicken essence.
1, prepare spiced marinade: cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, pepper and fennel, and wash them all for later use, as shown in the following figure.
2. Clean the pork first, then put it in the pot and blanch the blood with boiling water for later use.
3. Put spiced gravy, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and chicken essence into an empty pot, and then add meat. Pour in water without meat, bring the fire to a boil, and turn it down.
4. Then simmer for 40 minutes until the chopsticks can be punctured, as shown below.
