What is Sichuan brand?

Sichuan brand literally means Sichuan Solitaire. It is very popular in southwest China, especially in Sichuan, and everyone will play it. The history of Chuanpai is much earlier than that of poker. According to folklore, it was invented by Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of Shu during the Three Kingdoms period, with a history of nearly two thousand years.

Chuanpai is a strip. Locals call it "Dragon Brand", which is roughly 14.5cm high and 3.5cm wide. Its face consists of red and black dots or characters. Fancy Sichuan brand is in the middle of the card, printed with patterns. The name of each Zhang Chuan card is determined by the number of points and color at one end of the card surface.
