How to make watermelon sauce beans
Ingredients: 2-3 shallots, 2-3 parsley, 5-6 angelica dahurica, half onion, 8- 10 millet pepper, 6-7 ginger, 2-3 cinnamon bark, pepper, geranium, star anise, 250g soybean, 750g watermelon pulp, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, proper amount of white sesame seeds, etc.
Steps:
1. Soak the soybeans overnight in advance, wash them and cook them in the pot the next day. Crush it with your hands, take it out and drain it for later use.
Except soybean, watermelon and pepper, all other ingredients are ready.
3. Chop the pepper.
4. Pour the oil into the pot, heat the ingredients, stir fry, and then remove the ingredients.
