The impact of Yunnan minority policy on the economy

I. Purpose and significance of the research "Yunnan ethnic minority areas of traditional culture on the role of economic development research" has great practical significance and theoretical significance. Minority areas how to fully consider the resource and environmental carrying capacity and development potential, so as to realize the transformation of the economic growth mode of an urgent solution to the reality of the problem. The development status of China's ethnic minorities varies from one form to another, due to both internal differences in institutional structure and external differences in social interaction and natural conditions. On the whole, the traditional production mode has been difficult to shoulder the heavy responsibility of the development of ethnic areas, and the single path of industrialization is also difficult to solve the problem of economic growth in ethnic areas that are seriously lacking in both capital and technology. The rich cultural resources of Yunnan Province is an important support point to realize the transformation of the economic growth mode of the ethnic areas, and the development of ethnic tourism in Yunnan Province has made very important achievements, and it is very necessary to make theoretical reflections on the ethnic tourism and understand the significance of the characteristic culture of Yunnan Province in the socio-economic development; examine the current situation, path and significance of the development of the rural cultural industry in Yunnan Province, as well as understand the problems that need to be paid attention to in the future development. The understanding of the attention problems is of theoretical and practical significance. The development of cultural industries in ethnic areas is also one of the important ways to maintain the diversity of ethnic minority cultures and to build a harmonious socialist society. The group has completed the task of publishing three papers and one research report according to the original plan, and has made a number of recommendations on "political-economic analysis of ethnic tourism", "cultural differences and cultural industry" and "development of rural cultural industry" as proposed in the research plan. We made in-depth research on three issues proposed in the research program, such as "political-economic analysis of ethnic tourism", "cultural differences and cultural industry" and "the road to the development of rural cultural industry", and published three academic papers closely related to these three issues: (1) "Political-economic analysis of ethnic tourism", Journal of Guangxi University for Nationalities (c). Journal of Guangxi University for Nationalities (cssci source journal), No. 6, 2007; author: Ma Chongwei. (2) "'Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan' and Ethnic Cultural Product Development," in Cultural Heritage, No. 3, 2009; author: Sun Xinru. (3) "The Path and Significance of Rural Cultural Industry Development--Taking Yunnan Province as an Example," in Southwest Border Ethnic Studies (cssci source journal), No. 6. Author: Ma Chongwei, Sun Meichyou, Li Dejian. Second, the main content and important points of the research results or countermeasure suggestions: The subject believes that the fact that the rural cultural industry in ethnic areas of Yunnan Province can obtain relatively fast development in recent years is closely related to the rapid development of tourism in Yunnan Province. Based on this, a theoretical analysis of ethnic tourism is necessary to truly understand the problem of rural cultural industry in ethnic areas of Yunnan Province. The article "Political-Economic Analysis of Ethnic Tourism" argues that the conflict between the pursuit of free tourism and the modern socially constructed tourism industry that emphasizes control and profit-making is a fundamental contradiction in ethnic tourism, and that the re-coding of ethnic cultural symbols in modern tourism is a direct cause of the changes in ethnic culture. The significance of the entry of ethnic cultural products into the mainstream cultural consumption system lies in the mutual recognition of cultural values among different cultures to a certain extent through interaction. The possible way to change the irrationality of real communication activities is for culture owners to improve their behavioral ability to participate in tourism through practice, and to participate in the modification and formulation of communication systems. The article "The Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan and Ethnic Cultural Product Development" is an in-depth reflection on the unique cultural phenomenon of the "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan" and the ethnic cultural product development around the "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan". The article "Yunnan Eighteen Monsters" is based on the unique cultural phenomenon of "Yunnan Eighteen Monsters" and the development of national cultural products around "Yunnan Eighteen Monsters". In the past twenty years, the "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan" have appeared in the market in the form of commodity symbols, and the cultural connotation contained in the "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan" has been changing with the change of history. From the sensational to subdued changes in the cultural symbolic effect of the "Eighteen Yunnan Monsters", it can be found that local cultures have the potential to gain access to mainstream society and mainstream economic activities through active participation in the era of economic globalization. In order to change the marginal status of these local cultures and the national cultural products with these cultures as their core values, efforts must be made to make these local cultures gradually become structural elements in mainstream social and economic activities. The article "The Path and Significance of the Development of Rural Cultural Industry--Taking Yunnan Province as an Example", starting from the study of a large amount of field research materials, has come to the following understanding of the path and significance of the development of rural cultural industry in Yunnan Province: After more than twenty years of exploration, Yunnan Province's rural cultural industry has now shown a vigorous development trend. In the process of relying on tourism development and market development, Yunnan rural cultural industrialization has gradually explored the following paths: the transformation of daily necessities into ethnic handicrafts; the transformation of ethnic songs and dances into ethnic song and dance performances; the development of unique folk customs combined with beautiful natural landscapes; the transformation of traditional ethnic artwork into cultural products; and the development and utilization of traditional dwellings, etc. The development of rural cultural industry has not only facilitated the development of rural cultural industry, but also promoted the development of rural cultural industry. The development of rural cultural industries not only promotes local economic growth and improves the ability of villagers to participate in the market economy, but also improves the organizational structure of the community. Rural cultural industry plays a very important role in the construction of new countryside. The research report "Study on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Rural Cultural Industry in Yunnan Ethnic Areas", based on a large number of field surveys, gives a point-by-point introduction to the development status of rural cultural industry in Yunnan ethnic areas. It is believed that the rural cultural industry in Yunnan ethnic areas has made great development and many achievements in recent years. So far, the development of rural cultural industry in Yunnan ethnic areas is closely related to the development of tourism in Yunnan Province, or the development of tourism drives the development of rural cultural industry. This is a basic understanding of this issue. Secondly, the development of rural cultural industry in ethnic areas of Yunnan Province has explored diversified development paths of rural cultural industry. After 20 years of development of rural cultural industry with spontaneous participation of villagers, development advocated by the government and participation of many forces***, the rural cultural industry has explored diversified development paths: the transformation of daily necessities into ethnic craft products. Many daily necessities of Yunnan's ethnic minorities, because of their strong national aesthetic and cultural characteristics, have gradually been replaced by aesthetic functions in the modern market conditions and started to be transformed into tourist crafts; in the process of the development of rural cultural industry, national songs and dances have been transformed into national songs and dances for the performing arts industry; the development of rural tourism has been carried out by utilizing the unique national folklore and relying on the beautiful natural landscapes; and traditional ethnic arts have been further excavated and sorted out. Further excavation and organization of traditional ethnic arts, and guiding these artworks to the market are the methods for the development of rural cultural industry in some areas; the development of cultural tourism by using traditional cultural towns and residential houses is also a major feature of the development of Yunnan's rural cultural industry. Thirdly, in the areas where the rural industry is better developed, it increases the income of farmers, increases the employment channels of farmers, and cultivates local talents; fourthly, the development of rural cultural industry adjusts the structure of rural industry; and fifthly, the development of rural cultural industry improves the construction of tangible and intangible infrastructures. Although the development of rural cultural industry in ethnic areas of Yunnan Province shows an encouraging trend, there are still many problems in the development of rural cultural industry, such as insufficient investment, weak foundation, small scale, single-handedness, insufficient talents, lack of management experience, and not many high-quality products, and insufficient future strength, etc. On the basis of this understanding, the development of rural cultural industry in Yunnan Province has been a major challenge. On the basis of this understanding, the following suggestions are put forward for the development countermeasures of rural cultural industry in ethnic areas of Yunnan: Firstly, based on ethnic cultural resources, further excavate the development potential of rural cultural industry; secondly, further identify the positioning of rural cultural industry; thirdly, strengthen the cultivation of rural talents to provide a lasting impetus for the development of rural cultural industry; fourthly, fully understand the law of the market, and integrate the elements of cultural resources and social resources; fifthly, adopt the government's policy to promote the development of rural cultural industry. Fourthly, to fully understand the law of market, integrate cultural resources, social resources and other elements; fifthly, to adopt the way of government licensing to build the brand of rural cultural products; sixthly, to extend the industrial chain, link industrial resources, and form industrial clusters; and seventhly, to make the development of the rural cultural industry have more sources of motivation by the way of "government guiding, enterprise investing, villagers' participation, and market-oriented operation". The research on this topic has carried out a certain depth of thinking on the national tourism and national culture industry from the theory, and has also studied the role of traditional national culture on the real economic development. And it has carried out investigation and research on the development status of rural cultural industry in Yunnan Province, which basically presents the development status of rural cultural industry in Yunnan Province, the problems it faces and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results have certain theoretical value for expanding the field of cultural industry research. Yunnan Province is rich in ethnic traditional culture, and traditional culture is playing an important role in economic development in different forms. And in-depth analysis of these issues requires a lot of fieldwork. This also means that more funding and more human input are indispensable. These further research efforts can only be left to be accomplished in the future.
