Old fashioned rice cake

How to make old-fashioned rice cake:

Main ingredient: 1 can of rice.

Accessories: milk powder, sugar, baking powder.

The steps are as follows:

1. Soak the rice one night in advance. (In winter, you can put it indoors).

2. Pour the rice and water together into a wall-breaker and beat it into rice milk, don't worry if there are still small hard rice grains.

3. Take a large bowl and pour in the right amount of powdered milk and yeast.

4. Pour in the rice milk and sugar, and stir well.

5. Cover with a lid and put in a warm place to let it ferment quietly until it becomes noticeably bigger.

6. Brush the bottom of the mold with oil, add a few sesame seeds, pour in the rice syrup, and cook on high heat for about 12-15 minutes.
