Hunan Province, referred to as "Xiang" for short, is the provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC), with Changsha as the capital, Jiangxi in the east, Chongqing and Guizhou in the west, Guangdong and Guangxi in the south and Hubei in the north, with a total area of 2 1. 1.8 million square kilometers.
