How to manage classes scientifically

Lead: The highest goal of the class teacher's work is to build an excellent class group, create a good environment with excellent study style, correct class style and enterprising spirit, and let every member of the group get correct guidance and full growth.

How to manage 1 class scientifically and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the foundation of all education.

The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic among all kinds of educational relations. The teacher-student relationship in the class has a great influence on the mood, study, work and life of each student and teacher. Good teacher-student relationship is conducive to the formation of a healthy and harmonious class atmosphere and the completion of education and teaching objectives. Teachers are the main designers of educational activities, the main adjusters of the educational process and the main responsible persons for the success or failure of education. Therefore, the establishment and development of teacher-student relationship mainly depends on teachers' work style and personality quality. The following are some of my own practices in the construction of teacher-student relationship to share with you.

First of all, establish an equal relationship between teachers and students and be friends with students.

Our country is known as the traditional virtue of respecting teachers and valuing morality. Traditionally, the status between teachers and students is unequal, and students must unconditionally obey the teacher's arrangement. This cultural root causes the tension between teachers and students to a certain extent, and teachers are in the main position in the communication between teachers and students, because teachers not only preach and teach to solve doubts, but also hold the power of praise and criticism, reward and punishment. Modern society needs an equal and interdependent relationship between teachers and students. They should be reversible in character and behavior. Equality is the premise of establishing interpersonal relationships.

Second, there must be democratic leadership.

Some people study and classify teachers' leadership styles, which are divided into compulsory autocracy, benevolent arbitrariness, laissez-faire and democracy, and think that democratic leadership style is better. The head teacher under the guidance of democratic leadership will never replace the election, appraisal and selection of class cadres, but seek the opinions of the whole class, and try to solicit the opinions of the students in the formulation of class sports plans and the development of class activities, so that students are willing to work with teachers, and they will encourage each other and undertake their own tasks independently. More importantly, they can study and work consciously when the teacher is away.

Third, communicate with students more.

Education is basically a process of communication. Besides talking with students more often, we should pay special attention to the art of communicating with students when they make mistakes. We must be calm and put ourselves in the students' shoes: why did he make such a mistake, whether it affected other students, how much it affected, whether the problem was common, and then classify it. If it is a common problem or a problem with great influence, let the students fully discuss: Is he doing it right, why, and how to prevent similar problems? If it's just an individual student's problem, it's appropriate to talk about it individually. Students who want to make mistakes should take the initiative to find out what the reasons are, what you thought before making mistakes, what you think now, how to ensure that similar mistakes will not be made again in the future, and finally write them down and save them to remind yourself from time to time. For a very small number of students with bad conduct who are unwilling to admit their mistakes or refuse to reform after repeated education, parents or guardians may be invited to assist in education. For teachers, communication not only means having enough vocabulary and clear logical expression, but also means expressing ideas and opinions in the language that students can understand best in various situations.

Fourth, develop a good professional conscience and personality traits.

In terms of personality characteristics, we should be tolerant, considerate and confident. Be good at tolerating the ignorance and recklessness that are inevitable in students' growth; Be good at experiencing students' feelings and understanding their growing pains; Learn to expect and be confident that every student can become a good student, win the trust of students and be willing to associate with you. Teachers should pay special attention to four kinds of people: first, students from poor families; Second, students with psychological barriers; Third, students with learning difficulties and poor discipline; The fourth is the "lone star" in interpersonal communication. Giving these four kinds of students proper care and attention ideologically and economically not only conforms to the humanitarian principle, but also reflects the noble personality and good professional ethics of teachers.

2. Scientifically establish the goal of class struggle.

The goal of class * * * should be formulated with difficulty, moderation, hierarchy and continuous improvement. The establishment of the same goal in the class should seek the' will' of the whole class on the basis of fully understanding the students and formulate a goal with moderate difficulty and in line with the actual situation of the class. It can neither be unattainable nor easy to achieve, otherwise it will lose its attraction if it is too difficult, and it will lack motivation if it is too easy. Moderation is the most appropriate.

3. Select, train and use student cadres.

In order to implement the overall goal and work plan of the class, the work of the head teacher is recognized and supported by the students. In order to make the students become the masters of the class collective, we must democratically select, seriously cultivate and boldly use student cadres, let them play the role of bridges and ties, organize and guide the students through their work fields, and truly become the right-hand man of the head teacher.

4. Strengthen the construction of class culture.

Modern education is developing from pure subject teaching to the comprehensive direction of subject teaching and humanistic culture infiltration, and modern management is changing from explicit administrative management to implicit cultural drive. The size of cultural influence has become an important symbol of whether a school or a class has modernity. As an important aspect of school quality education, class culture construction has been paid more and more attention by schools at all levels, and it has become an important topic to deepen educational reform and optimize educational environment. Due to various conditions, the construction of class culture in rural schools has been very weak. For the head teachers of rural schools, the construction of class culture has a long way to go.

Class rules are an extremely microscopic educational system and norms, which are rules that regulate, restrain and guide each class member. The author has been working as a class teacher for more than 20 years and knows how important it is to train excellent students, build excellent class groups and formulate effective class rules.

In class rules, there are clear learning objectives, attention should be paid to the creation of group learning atmosphere, students should actively participate in teaching interaction, and students' dominant position should be reflected. Set off the upsurge of "comparing, learning, catching up and helping" with class rules. At the same time, there is a clear goal in life: to be a good person who stresses honesty and has a role in others and society. If there are more such good people, our society will progress. With such class rules, the management of classes has a basis from "rule by man" to "rule by law".

By guiding students to make class rules, engraving them in students' minds, and then constantly checking and evaluating them, the class rules are transformed into learning motivation, good behavior habits and standards for being a person. After a year, the students of "Yuan Zhiban" gradually have a clear learning goal, abide by discipline, have a good class spirit and a strong style of study, and are rated as excellent class groups in Nanjiang County. Thanks to good class rules, we can build a good class.
