There are several elements of human anatomy

When first encountering Taekwondo, one is often shocked by its destructive power. Yet the owners of this amazing power are not superhuman figures, but extremely ordinary people. Of course, the owner of this amazing power is not born with superhuman strength. This power is generated by the scientific theory of Taekwondo. Usually, a person uses only ten to twenty percent of his or her potential abilities. It is well known that if a person's brain utilizes all of its potential capacity, then the person's power will exceed that of any giant computer. Similarly, if the human body utilizes all of its potential capacity, then the power generated by the human body will be incalculable. The power of Taekwondo is generated by developing the potential power of the human body. In other words, regardless of size, age, or gender, anyone can utilize his or her tremendous power. So, how to develop one's own latent ability to exert great power. It is not just a matter of passively repeating physical exercises. What is important is to master the theory of strength utilization and conduct scientific training. The theory of strength has two main elements, namely mass and acceleration. If we want to utilize the great strength of the human body, we have to make full use of the two major elements. Applying the theory of mechanics and the four main elements of the human body structure, i.e. reaction force, impact, balance, and breathing play an important role in the human body's ability to exert force. All movements in Taekwondo are formed by these 6 elements. By studying these elements and understanding the scientific basis of each movement, the scientific significance contained in Taekwondo techniques can be fully appreciated. Mass and Acceleration Heavy blows and movements with speed generate force: The theoretical basis of Taekwondo is Newton's Law of Motion, which states that the magnitude of a force is the product of mass and acceleration. The equation of motion is F = M A. If this equation is applied to a human being, the mass is the weight of the human being and the acceleration is the speed of the human being's movements, and the strength of the human being is determined by these two elements. In other words, a person must work on these two elements in order to exert great power. Therefore, Taekwondo emphasizes these two elements the most. 1. Mass: According to Newton's equation of motion, the magnitude of force is directly proportional to the magnitude of mass, i.e., the weight of the body, when the acceleration is quantitative. In order to increase mass it is necessary to increase body weight. However, the strength of the human body is not increased by simply adding weight. It is important to press the weight of the whole body on the point of the blow at the moment of striking. Even if a person's weight is small, if the weight is concentrated on one point it can produce a huge mass. How can you put your body weight on one point of the movement? One way is to rotate the lower back. By rotating the muscles of the lower back and abdomen to add most of the body weight to one point of the movement, more power can be generated. It is very important to rotate the lats in the same direction as the attack or defense. If the waist rotates in a different direction than the direction of the target, the force generated by the body weight will cancel out the force of the movement. Another way to generate more power is to add most of the body weight to one point of the action by moving the body up and down, also producing more power. That is, a sinusoidal curve movement. Moving the body's center of gravity along the trajectory of a sinusoidal curve uses knee flexion and extension to lower or raise the body's center of gravity. When the knee is straight, the body's center of gravity reaches the highest position on the curve, adding the body weight down to the point of the movement at the moment of the strike. It is important to note that knee flexion and extension should not be excessive, but rather a relaxed and natural curved motion. 2. Acceleration: Maximum force is generated by maximum mass and maximum acceleration. Even though the mass is small, i.e. light, if the acceleration is increased, a great force can be exerted. Here is an example of a free-fall motion. If a steel ball is dropped from the air against a piece of glass on the ground, the destructive force of the ball falling from a height of ten meters on the glass is very different from the destructive force of the ball falling from a height of one meter on the glass. To visualize the relationship between speed and force, a test is performed on a burning candle. When the palm of the hand is swept slowly across the flame of the candle, the flame does not change. However, when the palm is moved quickly, the flame will be extinguished. Alternatively, the flame will be extinguished when it is struck with a quick fist or foot strike and stopped inches before the flame. How do you master movements that have speed? One way is to move the center of gravity of the body. The higher the center of gravity of the body the greater the speed of the movement. However, it is important to note that raising the center of gravity of the body, although conducive to the speed of the movement, is not conducive to the stability of the body. Another way to increase the speed of the movement is to increase the distance of the attack, because the greater the distance, the faster the speed of the movement in a given period of time. Expanding the distance of an attack is accomplished by increasing the flexibility of the body. Reaction and Impact Applying the Principle of Force for Maximum Power: Maximum power comes from maximum mass and acceleration. In order to strengthen this power, Taekwondo fully utilizes the nature that force has. Not only does it develop the body's own strength, but it also utilizes the strength of the opponent. 3. Reaction force: The direction of a reaction force is the opposite direction of the acting force. According to Newton's third law: the force between objects and the reaction force are equal in size, opposite in direction and act in a straight line. If you strike a wall with a ten-kilogram object, the object will receive the same force. This is because force is an interaction between objects. Taekwondo utilizes two types of reactionary forces, which are the use of the opponent's force and the body's own reactionary force. Utilizing the opponent's force is, the reaction force created by blocking the opponent's force. When an opponent attacks toward one's own body, the faster the opponent is the greater the force. If a counterattack is aimed at the opponent's body, the opponent will
