Temperature measurement method

Temperature measurement methods: mainly divided into two categories:

Contact temperature measurement method:

1, expansion temperature measurement method: expansion temperature measurement is a traditional temperature measurement method, which mainly uses the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction of substances.

2. Electric quantity temperature measurement method: Electric quantity temperature measurement method mainly uses the single value relationship between the potential, resistance or other electrical properties of substances and temperature to measure temperature.

3. Contact photoelectric and thermochromic thermometry: Contact photoelectric thermometry mainly refers to the method of measuring temperature by contacting the measured object, deriving thermal radiation or other optical signals caused by temperature changes, and detecting the changes through photoelectric conversion devices. Thermochromic thermometry mainly indicates the temperature by indicating the color change of temperature-sensitive materials at different temperatures.

Non-contact measurement method:

1, radiation thermometry: radiation thermometry is based on the law of thermal radiation.

2. Spectral thermometry: Contact spectral thermometry is mainly suitable for measuring the temperature of high-temperature flame and airflow. The principle is to measure the temperature mainly by detecting the excitation spectrum signal of the measured medium.

3. Laser interferometry: Laser speckle photography, schlieren method and interferometry are all based on the principle of light interference and are suitable for measuring the temperature of high-temperature flame and airflow.
