Foshan ancestral temple, located in Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, was founded in Yuanfeng of the Northern Song Dynasty and rebuilt in Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty (1372), and gradually became a temple building with complete system, rigorous structure and strong local characteristics in the early Qing Dynasty. In the twenty-fifth year of Guangxu, the ancestral temple was overhauled, forming today's ancestral temple architecture. The ancestral temple in Chancheng, Long Mu Temple in Yuecheng, Zhaoqing Temple and Chenjia Temple in Guangzhou are also called the Three Treasures of Lingnan Ancient Architecture, and are now national key cultural relics protection units.
In the main hall of the ancestral hall, there are also many precious works of art, such as 70 pieces of 30 kinds of weapons, ceremonial bronze walls, giant bronze mirrors with a diameter of 1.3 1 m, large bronze ding, bronze bells and incense burners. Li Donghua, where the ancient buildings in Li Donghua are located, is a street with a length of 1 12m and a width of 1.8m, which is not straight. The entrance of the Li Donghua Gate building on the street has a slight angle, and it becomes a straight inner street. The pavement is paved with granite stones of the same color, with a width of 30 cm and a length of 150 cm, with uniform specifications and carved surfaces. The stone carving street of the 23rd year of Daoguang (1843) is still embedded in the gate of Li Donghua Ancient Architecture Group Street. Total length 1 12m, width 3 ~ 5m. At the foot of the stone wall outside the house, there is a kind of water-milled blue brick, almost all of which are volcanic walls sealed with pot ears, neat and rhythmic. There are two stone steps in front of every house. There are foyer, two corridors, patio, main hall, wing, second hall, shrine, kitchen and so on. The hall and the room are separated by wood carving screens, flower stands and lattice fans embedded with colored glass. The ground is covered with thick bricks that are moisture-proof, and the interior walls are decorated with wooden boards. The second-floor residential building in the south is also equipped with a wooden well, a roof and a terrace covered with bricks. The circular escalator is made of high-quality materials such as Kundian. In order to meet the needs of living together and establishing an independent family, there are alleys between the deep houses in Li Donghua. There are four lanes on each side, forming a vein-like lane layout.
Nan Gu Feng Zao Gao Zao Yao Tao
The ancient and high stoves of Nanfeng River on Dongping River in Shiwan Town, Foshan City are called "Longfeng Kiln", both built in Zhengde period of Ming Dynasty. The front kiln is 34.4 meters long and the kiln room is 30.87 meters long. The back kiln is 32.16m long and the kiln room is 28.56m long. These two kilns have been producing ceramics continuously for 500 years. Although it has been repaired many times, the basic building and kiln body structure of the kiln stove have not lost their original appearance. Kangyouwei former residence
Kang Youwei's former residence is located in Su Village, Yinhe Village Committee, Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. 1858, 19 March, Kang Youwei was born here. By the time Kang Youwei was born, five generations of Kang family had lived here, and Kang Youwei called it a "century-old house".
