In order to fully implement quality education and strive to achieve practical results, after careful study, we decided to carry out a series of educational activities with the theme of "three students, four loves, five hearts and five virtues" in primary and secondary schools in the province. In order to make the activities form a momentum, embody characteristics and achieve practical results, and become an important starting point for further promoting the implementation of quality education, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows, and local education departments and schools are invited to conscientiously implement them in light of local conditions.
I. Guiding ideology

Four, five activities to carry out theme education this year.
