What is hernia repair?

Traditional hernia repair: repair the hernia ring by sewing the tissue around the defect;

Tension-free repair of hernia patch: cover the defect with patch material and repair the hernia ring;

Laparoscopic hernia repair: hernia patch repair is completed through endoscope;

Tension-free hernia repair with double-layer repair device

Principle:

To repair and strengthen the damaged abdominal space with an integral artificial mesh larger than the hernia space. The whole structure includes an upper artificial net and a lower artificial net and a connecting central shaft. Using the central axis of the mesh to close the hernia space, the upper and lower layers of artificial mesh can be attached to the inside and outside of the damaged abdominal wall. Using the back pressure principle of dam repair to strengthen the back pressure, block the pressure of abdominal wall without increasing the tension of abdominal wall, and reduce the possibility of postoperative pain and recurrence. After three years of follow-up, the recurrence rate of patients using tension-free three-in-one artificial patch is below 0.05%, and it has the advantages of short operation time, low pain and quick recovery. Under normal circumstances, patients can quickly return to normal work and life by staying in hospital for 1- 2 days after operation.
