The nature of the land:

Article 50

Deserted mountains, deserted ditches, deserted hills, deserted beaches, etc. may be contracted directly through bidding, auctioning, and public negotiation, or the land management right may be folded and divided among the members of the collective economic organization, and then contracted or operated through joint-stock cooperation.

Contracted barren mountains, barren ditches, barren hills, barren beaches, shall comply with the provisions of relevant laws and administrative regulations, to prevent soil erosion, and protect the ecological environment.
