Recommended practice for salted potato salad?

When I exercise to lose weight, I often cook my own fat-reducing meals. Potato salad is one of my favorites.

Salted potato salad is a classic home cooking. Potatoes with vegetable salad will be more delicious, simple and convenient to make, and suitable for self-cooking. I suggest you do this:

Materials:

2 potatoes, carrot 1 root, cucumber 1 root, onion 1/6 root, 4 slices of ham, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon, 3 tablespoons of salt, half a spoonful of white pepper and 0/00g of mayonnaise.

Production steps:

Step 1: Slice the cucumber. Don't cut it too thin, add 1 tablespoon salt and rub it by hand to squeeze out the water.

Step 2: Shred onion, add 1 tbsp salt, rub by hand, rinse with water after water comes out, and squeeze out water.

Step 3: Slice ham, peel and cut potatoes, and peel and cut carrots. Put potatoes and carrots into a pot, add water without potatoes, and bring to a boil.

Step 4: After the water boils, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft enough. Pour out the water, then turn on the fire and stir fry until there is a film at the bottom of the pot.

Step 5: Transfer to a pot, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt and half a tablespoon pepper, and stir and mash at the same time.

Step 6: Add onion, ham, cucumber and mayonnaise, stir well and serve.

Tips:

Add seasoning when the potatoes are hot, so that they can be better blended and get a more mellow taste.
