Manufacturing method of wool felt

1) overcoat cloth-gray wool felt, cut into 1 back piece and 2 front pieces;

2) coat lining-pure cotton printed cloth, the cutting size is the same as that of tablecloth;

3) Accessories for coat-hidden buttons and cotton thread.

The manufacturing method of wool felt coat includes the following steps:

1) The front faces of the two front pieces of the face cloth are oppositely stacked on the back piece, and the edges are aligned and then fixed with a bead needle. Sew the sleeves and sides 1/2 inches.

2) The inner lining should be treated in the same way, but it needs to be marked at a distance of 1.5 inch from the cuff. Leave 1/4 inch for cuffs and 1/2 inch for other linings when sewing. See the following steps for reasons.

3) Cut some teeth under the armpit of the seam lining, and then turn to the front. Put the lining into the watch cloth, face to face, and fix the neckline, placket and hem with bead needles.

4) Sew the surface cloth and lining along the edge of the clothes, leaving no seam at the cuffs and 3 inches at the hem.

5) Trim the corners slightly after sewing, and then turn out the clothes from the back opening.

6) Cut 1.5 inch tablecloth at the cuffs of the clothes, as shown in the figure. Fold out the cuff lining to wrap the cuff face cloth, and then sew it by hand. Sew the 3-inch return port that just left.

7) Sew a pair of hidden buttons on both sides of the front of the garment. So your wool felt coat will be DIY finished!
