(6) The special invoice seal shall be consistent with the billing information;

(7) Check the authenticity of invoices online;

(8) To clarify the nature of the company. For example, simple collection enterprises can only accept ordinary invoices.

Matters needing attention in daily examination and approval of financial personnel in practical work

If the expense reimbursement form cannot provide invoices, it shall be accompanied by receipts and other detailed written documents, which shall be signed and confirmed by myself and the department heads. If there are administrative expenses such as labor costs, they should also be signed by the leaders of the personnel administration department for confirmation.
