Ideological and political course is the main channel of moral education, but the improvement of moral quality can be achieved not only through the classroom, but also through students' participation in real life and cooperation with others. Experiential moral education should be an important part of moral education in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational education is a new type of higher education that appears at a certain stage of economic and social development. Compared with the traditional general higher education, higher vocational education aims to cultivate practical, technical and skilled professionals with certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability, who are oriented to the grass-roots, production, service and management front-line professional posts. It is a higher stage of vocational and technical education. The development trend of higher vocational education puts forward new tasks and requirements for moral education. In higher vocational colleges, we should vigorously carry out moral education practice activities, that is, experiential moral education teaching. The practice of moral education in higher vocational colleges mainly includes school community practice, internship practice and social life practice. Here, I want to talk about the infiltration and role of experiential moral education in community activities in higher vocational colleges.
The "body" of "experience" is to put yourself in the shoes and experience it personally; "Examination" is to examine feelings, verify and check. Experience is a process, personal experience, authenticity and unteachability, and the process of experience is full of charm, personality and creativity. With the convenience of working in the Youth League Committee, I conducted a survey of all students through the student union cadres of various departments. When investigating the question "What activities do you want to participate in?", students all chose multiple options, among which more than half were willing to participate in public welfare activities and work-study programs, and about 1/3 were willing to participate in cultural and sports activities, clubs, competitions or professional competitions. It can be seen that students have a wide range of interests and are willing to participate in various activities of the school. The moral development of students mainly comes from the experience of school education and life. Higher vocational colleges should vigorously build campus culture and create a beautiful, relaxed, warm, independent and upward campus environment for students. At the same time, self-education is carried out through colorful campus activities to improve students' comprehensive quality and ability.
1 Students' understanding and expectation of community activities
When investigating students' "participation in community activities", apart from a small number of students who are unwilling to participate in community organizations, more than one part of students choose sports clubs according to their hobbies, while the other part chooses to join voluntary service clubs. Regarding the role of associations, most students still think that associations can enliven campus culture, cultivate abilities, strengthen exchanges and conduct publicity and education. Associations should become an important carrier of moral education in higher vocational colleges and change the current shortcomings in this regard. By carrying out various forms of club activities and entertaining, students' enthusiasm and initiative can be brought into play, their management and communication skills can be exercised, and their sense of responsibility and autonomy can be improved. Although vocational college students are mature and have the ability to think and do things independently, most of them are only children at home, which are highly dependent and easily influenced by others. As a mass organization formed by young students voluntarily, student associations make up for this defect, become a stage for young students to "know themselves, show themselves and develop themselves", play an effective role in stimulating students' independent potential and strengthening their self-awareness, and are an effective way for young students to "self-educate".
2 student associations guide students to tap their own potential.
The construction of community should pay attention to the formation of community characteristics, explore the personal potential of members, highlight the personal advantages of students, and provide a stage for young students to develop independently. Therefore, in many affairs of community construction, teachers should retreat behind the scenes, be in a guiding position, give students more "autonomy", and let young students undertake a series of work such as dealing with community affairs, determining development goals, implementing development plans, summing up and adjusting.
3 Students experience "competition and cooperation" in community activities
The establishment of associations enables students to accomplish a "career" independently, to feel "pay and gain" in their work, to try "success and frustration", and to cultivate students' good qualities of overcoming difficulties and challenging themselves; In creative work, appreciate "no pains, no gains" and cultivate a good down-to-earth style; In the collective life, I feel that "one glory is all glory, one loss is all loss" and I have a correct understanding of "the relationship between my own growth and the collective"; Students are more concerned about the growth and development of clubs, actively think of ways and ideas, and experience "competition and cooperation" in communication, thus cultivating students' sense of competition and spirit of cooperation.
Community is a catalyst for students to adapt to society and promote the formation of social consciousness.
Student associations are the window for students to observe and understand society, the channel for students to contact and serve society, and the catalyst for students to adapt to society and promote the formation of social consciousness. Therefore, in the form and mode of community construction, we should pay attention to the openness of the community, expand to the society, combine with social practice, and strengthen the social consciousness of young students while contacting, feeling and serving the society. Most students who have exercised through clubs generally show strong organizational ability and sense of social responsibility after entering the society, and they are more mature and think more comprehensively than other students who have participated in clubs or student unions.
5 significance of community activities in experiential moral education
As an important organization in the construction of campus culture, student associations have played an inestimable role in the development of young students in different periods. As an organization, it should keep up with the development of the times and social progress in order to maintain its vigorous vitality. Therefore, in the construction of mass organizations, we should grasp the following points.
5. 1 Keep abreast of the times.
Grasping the characteristics of the times, the construction of mass organizations should keep pace with the times while implementing the Party's educational policy, adhering to the socialist educational direction and following the educational laws. While strengthening students' patriotism and collectivism, we should pay attention to the education and cultivation of innovative spirit and ability. Through a series of community activities, we will cultivate students' spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance, enterprising quality and innovative ideas, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors with innovative spirit and creativity.
5.2 adhere to the essence, diversified development
No matter what form community construction takes, the purpose and essence of school education remain unchanged. In the construction of associations, we should not only examine the professionalism and interest of association construction, but also comprehensively consider multiple factors such as students, teachers, schools and society, encourage the diversified development of associations, and at the same time enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of association construction, paving the way for students to better adapt to social bridging.
5.3 Enhance the organization's foresight and tap its development potential.
As a community instructor, we should guide students to grasp the purpose of community construction, connect with vocational education, and tap the potential and prospects of community development. Therefore, at the beginning of the league building, we should fully consider the significance of the league building, whether it has practical value and long-term development goals. It is necessary to combine the development prospects and good educational environment of associations with the improvement of young students' comprehensive quality, and at the same time strengthen the cultivation of students' legal awareness, market awareness and cooperation awareness, so that students who have exercised through associations can have a stronger sense of competition. On the other hand, it also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent development of associations.
