Practice of ginger and onion frog

Fresh frog150g, shrimp10g, ginger10g, and onion 5g.
Seasoning:
5g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate, a little pepper, a proper amount of wet raw flour, 5g of Shaoxing wine 1 g, and 5g of sesame oil.
eating habits
1. Wash the fresh frog and cut it into pieces. Soak the shrimp thoroughly. Peel ginger and cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion into pieces.
2. Mix the cut frog with salt, monosodium glutamate, Shaoxing wine, ginger, onion and wet raw flour, put it in a plate and sprinkle with shrimp.
3. Boil the steamer, put the prepared frog into the steamer, steam for 7 minutes on high fire, sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
Cooking points
Frogs should be wild, and the fire should be big when steaming.
