5. Competition events: various martial arts boxing and various equipment competitions (compulsory and optional), traditional single training, double training, team events and team variety events (see annex 1: list of registration items for details).

Participation mode of intransitive verbs:

(1) Sports bureaus, martial arts organizations, industry sports associations, universities, technical secondary schools, primary schools, kindergartens, martial arts schools, sports schools, clubs, youth activity centers, sports associations for the elderly, enterprises, institutions, groups, communities, streets and villages in all countries, regions and domestic places can form teams to participate in the competition.

(2) Each team can report to 1 leader, 1 coach, and there must be at least 5 athletes, regardless of gender. Individual registration is not accepted in China (except for foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

(3) Teams with more than 20 athletes can report to the referee of 1. The referee in the team is under 55 years old, with grade 2 or above, and can operate a computer. Community backbones with the ability to judge and organize are healthy, and the age can be relaxed to 60. Team referees must be confirmed by the organizing Committee before they can be officially employed as referees. He must pay part of the meeting fee and his own travel expenses (the referee can't report to the team leader, coach and athletes). Any team that does not meet the above conditions or needs to report to the second referee in the team will take care of all the meeting fees reported by the referee in the team.

(4) Each athlete can register up to 2 single boxing exercises (only 1 for each major boxing category), 2 single weapon exercises (only 1 for each major instrument category), 1 duet, 2 collective events and 1 group variety show. It is not allowed to report more articles, and it is not allowed to report more articles to sparring staff.

(five) the collective project must be more than 6 people (inclusive), and there must be accompaniment music.

(8) Team total score: if the number of individuals in the team exceeds 10 (inclusive), the team total score can be calculated.

(9) The age and health status of athletes shall be inspected by each team, and the registration form shall be sealed or signed by the person in charge as the basis for confirmation. If the age is not true, once verified, the athlete will be disqualified. During the competition, all units and individuals shall be responsible for the injuries caused by sanitary conditions and their own funds.

(10) Athletes must apply for the "personal accident insurance" during the competition, and those who fail to do so cannot participate in the competition. Where the General Commission handles the "personal accident insurance", it must indicate the entrusted insurance on the registration form; Anyone who takes out "accidental injury insurance" by himself must provide a copy of "accidental injury insurance form" at the same time, and other medical insurance is invalid. All students who have been collectively insured by the school can be issued a collective list insurance certificate by the insurance company during the insurance period.

Seven, the competition method:

(1) There are individual events, team events, team variety grand prix, individual all-around grand prix and team total grand prix in this competition.

(seven) the provisions of the competition time:

1, the time for Tai Chi flyers to practice routines and complete routines should not exceed 4 minutes; Tai Chi equipment single practice routine shall not exceed 3 minutes. When the original routine has more and longer contents, it can be deleted. The principle of deletion is as follows:

(1) All the required competition routines and popularization routines of Tai Ji Chuan and Jian must be started from the very beginning, and the referee's whistle should be heard 1 minute before the limited time to prepare for closing the momentum. The unfinished part can be deleted.

(2) The combination of traditional Tai Ji Chuan can be adjusted by itself, without affecting the technical style and characteristics of this routine.

(3) Because of the deletion and adjustment of routine movements, you can get power in any direction and any position.

2. The completion time of Mulan Xinquan series routines shall be implemented with reference to Tai Ji Chuan.

3. The traditional, optional and sparring events of other kinds of boxing should not take more than 2 minutes to complete the routine.

4. The time for the collective project to complete the routine shall not exceed 4 minutes; The time to participate in the national primary and secondary school series Wushu aerobics team competition is synchronized with the time to broadcast aerobics music (using the prescribed Wushu aerobics music).

5. The time of the group variety show shall not exceed 6 minutes.

6. If the routine is completed beyond the specified time, the penalty will be deducted according to the traditional Wushu competition rules; There is no time limit for all projects.

(eight) confirmation of the number of people and age groups required for collective projects and group variety shows.

1, the number of participants in group activities and group variety shows shall not be less than the number stipulated in the Regulations. Deduct 0.5 points for each missing person.

2. The age of team events is determined according to the average age of the participating players at the time of registration (regardless of gender).

(9) Music

1, collective projects can be accompanied by any music; The referee can add 0. 1 point to the project of pure music without accompaniment; Wushu aerobics is allowed to shout password, and also get 0. 1 point.

2. Group variety shows must be accompanied by pure music, without accompaniment. Do not meet the requirements, 0.5 points.

3, single practice, double events are not allowed to score.

4. All competition music should be CD or MP3 player, and the music must be recorded in front.

(ten) the scoring method and processing method of individual all-around and group total score are the same.

1, individual all-around scoring method:

(1) Calculation method of all-around performance: individuals are calculated by the sum of the results of three individual training events, with the highest score being champion and runner-up, and so on.

(2) If the all-around performance is the same, the first place in the three items for calculating all-around performance shall prevail; The person who gets the second place at the same time ranks first, and so on. If they are still equal, the item with the highest score will be ranked first; At the same time, the person with the second highest score ranks first; I am an analogy. If it is still equal, the number of items (including all items) will rank first. If they are equal again, the players will draw lots to decide the ranking. Each age group can only produce eight men's or women's individual all-around champions. If there are more than eight players due to equal results, it is up to the players to decide. Those who are out of the competition can get the certificate of individual all-around Excellence award.

2, group total score method:

(1) The calculation method of the total score of the team: the sum of the highest individual all-around score in the team 10. The highest score is the champion of the whole team, the second is the runner-up of the whole team, and so on.

(2) In the case of the same total score of the group, the winner is the person with the largest number of individual items among 10 who calculated the total score of the group; At the same time, the one who won the second place shall prevail, and so on. At the same time, each team will send representatives to draw lots to decide. Only 8 winning groups can be produced for the group total prize, and those who exceed 8 due to equal results will be decided by drawing lots. Those who are out can get the certificate of the overall group Excellence award.

(3) Gold, silver, bronze and ranking certificates will be awarded to 3 individuals in individual training and double events, and 4 to 8 individuals will be awarded ranking certificates.

(12) teams from middle schools, technical secondary schools, martial arts schools, sports schools and colleges and universities who signed up for the competition in the name of the school will be awarded medals and certificates for the contribution of "inheriting Chinese martial arts and carrying forward the national spirit".

(13) Every urban street team that signs up for the competition in the name of the community will be awarded the medal and certificate of "Promoting the national spirit and building a harmonious community".

(14) All teams from rural areas who sign up for the competition in the name of the village committee will be awarded medals and certificates for "promoting Chinese Wushu culture and building a new rural community".

(15) Select the youngest and oldest male and female contestants, award the wutan prodigy award and the wutan elderly award, and award medals and certificates.

(16) All teams, team leaders and coaches who can observe discipline in the competition, have a correct style of competition, respect each other, respect referees and spectators, treat each competition seriously, strive for progress, work hard, play well, play a style, win without arrogance and lose with grace, and achieve excellent results shall be nominated by each team and awarded the best sports team and team leader by the competition supervision committee and expert group.

(17) Referees who are conscientious, earnest, fair, accurate and responsible in the execution of referee work shall be recommended by the referee group and team, and confirmed by the competition supervision committee and expert group, awarded the title of best referee and awarded honorary certificates.

(18) All players who sign up for the competition will be given souvenirs.

Nine. correlative charges

(1) Registration fee: All teams (including team leaders, coaches and players) who register for the competition are required to pay the registration fee, and each team is 200 yuan. Individual members of the Chinese Wushu Association who are registered effectively can enjoy preferential treatment, each of which is RMB 65,438+000 (with a copy of the membership card attached, the membership card that was not renewed before February 36,438+0, 2007 is invalid).

Any team with more than 10 athletes can be exempted from paying any registration fee of 1; There are more than 20 athletes (inclusive), and the registration fee for 2 athletes is exempted; And so on.

(2) Registration fee:

2. Group events (including group variety shows): 50 yuan RMB per person.

(3) Entrusted insurance premium: each player who entrusts the General Association to handle accident insurance is RMB 20 (please tick "√" in the "Entrusted Insurance" column of the application form).

(4) Fees for referees' meetings in teams: 1 referees' teams. Those who meet the requirements can report. The meeting fee for the self-education part is 500 yuan RMB per person (accommodation and meals will be arranged by the General Association), and the insufficient part will be fully subsidized by the General Association. If the number of referees in the team exceeds the quota, the membership fee for each referee will be 800 yuan.

(5) Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of the 20 12 Zhejiang Traditional Wushu Referee Training Course may apply to be the referee volunteers of this competition. The audited volunteers pay the 300 yuan conference fee, and the insufficient part will be fully subsidized by the conference.
