Structure: Chairman-General Manager-Administration Department/Development Department/Production Department/Marketing Department/Logistics Department/Training Department/Planning Department/Warehouse Department, etc. Every department has its own responsibilities.
Function:
The chairman controls the macro operation of the whole company.
The general manager is the executor and general coordinator.
The administration department is responsible for personnel, administration and logistics.
The development department looks for customers (agents/franchisees)
The product development department conducts quarterly product development (generally, spring and summer are one season, and autumn and winter are one season).
Ordering meetings are held twice a year in two quarters.
The production department is responsible for the production of products and quality control of goods after the order meeting.
