Door cover installation process

The door cover is different from the traditional wooden door installation, and consists of a door frame, a door cover and a door leaf. The door cover is made in the factory.

Assemble the door cover: first, assemble the door cover into the shape of a door frame with nails, and then put it in the door opening.

Making the door brace: The door brace can be understood as the body double of the door, mainly to prevent the expansion glue from getting on the door, and also to correct the door without damaging the new door. The double dimensions of this car body are consistent with the actual door.

Check the door cover: it is not difficult to correct the door cover. You can use a ruler and a vertical line to correct it, as shown in the figure below.

05 dozen expansion glue: the expansion glue is located between the door frame and the door opening, and it should be placed for at least 2 hours after filling.

06 Remove the door buckle wire.

Finally, the door can be installed by opening the hinge hole. After all, punch holes and lock them when necessary.
