Suggestions on the development of Zhenhai tourism resources

First, the research purpose

As we all know, tourism is the largest industry in the world and one of the most promising industries. With China's accession to the WTO, the economy is developing rapidly, the income level of residents is greatly improved, people's spiritual and cultural needs are constantly improving, and more and more people will choose to travel. However, the development level of Zhenhai tourism has not been high, far behind the local economic development level. The number of people who travel abroad is far greater than that who come to Zhenhai, and Zhenhai tourism is not well known. What is the reason for the low degree of development of Zhenhai tourism resources? We investigated the problem. We hope that through this investigation, we can better understand our hometown and its tourism resources and make suggestions for the development of tourism in our hometown. At the same time, I also hope to exercise my team cooperation ability, investigation and research ability in practice, form the habit of studying problems independently, and accumulate experience to lay the foundation for my usual study and work.

Zhenhai is located in the East China Sea, with superior natural environment and warm and humid climate. It is adjacent to Zhoushan Islands in the east, Beilun Port across the river in the south and the old city of Ningbo in the west. Zhenhai was called Yuekou in ancient times, also known as Jiaochuan. It was once known as the famous sea, the sea of tranquility and the dinghai. The whole region has a land area of 2 14 square kilometers and a population of more than 200,000. Zhenhai has a long history and is known as "the gateway to eastern Zhejiang" and "Haitian hero town". Historically, it is an important coastal defense place and an important trading port in eastern Zhejiang. Since dawn, Zhenhai has experienced wars against foreign aggression, such as resisting Japan, Britain, France and Japan, and there are still a large number of historical sites of coastal defense.

The survey results show that students and parents don't fully understand the tourism resources of Zhenhai, which is manifested in the scenic spots with strong development and publicity, such as the historical site of Zhenhai coastal defense and Zhaobaoshan in Jiulong Lake. The number of tourists is much higher than that of some relatively unknown scenic spots, and the tourism in hometown is mainly concentrated in Zhaobaoshan, which shows that the tourism resources developed in Zhenhai are relatively single. From Table 2, we can see that the biggest purpose of people's travel is leisure and entertainment. With the rich life experience and the improvement of economic income, people want to travel in the form of leisure and entertainment, and the purpose of tourism is more diverse, so the current single sightseeing tour in Zhenhai can no longer meet people's needs. At the same time, we also find that people generally want to know the ancient history and battle history of Zhenhai and experience its historical development and unique cultural customs, which shows that cultural tourism will be paid more and more attention in the future. Therefore, in the future development of tourism resources, Zhenhai should highlight its characteristics, that is, historical and cultural, and expand the diversity of tourism resources.

(B) Zhaobaoshan scenic spot investigation

1 and overview of Zhaobaoshan

Zhaobaoshan is 600 meters long from north to south and 300 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of 22.6 hectares. The highest point is 80.2 meters above sea level. According to the fact that rivers control the ocean, the situation is dangerous. Across the river from Jinji Mountain, the distance is less than 100 meters. It was originally the tidal entrance of pharynx, but sometimes it is also called Houtao Mountain, and because the mountain still stands in the East China Sea, it is called Houtao Mountain.

3. Summary

From the above questionnaire, it can be analyzed that most of the tourists in Zhaobaoshan are locals, and there are fewer foreigners who play for a short time, so their popularity is not high, so the growth rate of tourists is lower than the national level. Many people, including Zhenhai people, don't know much about Zhaobaoshan's rich cultural resources. The development of tourism resources in Zhaobaoshan is too single, and it has not been combined with the surrounding tourism resources. For example, the ancient city wall with the unique seawall and city wall in China is not perfect, and the entertainment service facilities are not perfect enough to meet people's tourism and leisure purposes. Recently, there is also a lack of development of new attractions, so the Aozhu Tower, which was completed in 2000, has become a popular tourist attraction. In addition, the management and service of Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area are still very poor.

(3) Investigation of Zheng Seventeen Rooms

1, history and characteristics

/room kloc-0/7 is located in jiazheng village, xiepu town, zhenhai district, with white walls, small bridges and flowing water and ginkgo trees, which is surprisingly quiet and quaint.

"Zheng Seventeen Rooms" was built in the middle of Ming Dynasty by Zheng Kui in the area from Xiepu to Tang Lu Road in Shan Zhinan. Dong Canggong is the 17th generation of the Zheng family, and later generations call his residence "the Seventeen-room Zheng family". Except for a few buildings belonging to the Ming Dynasty, most of the existing "Zheng Seventeen Rooms" were built between Qing Qianlong and Guangxu. Now there are three well-preserved rooms: Tang Qian, Dazutang, Xiao Jiu, Hengde, Hengxiang, Houtang, Xinfang, Li Bian, Ding Feng and Dangdian. Outside the group house, surrounded by walls and rivers, green water and weeping willows, every family has a port, bridges around it, streets in the house and cities in the streets. It has typical architectural style of Jiangnan water town, palace-like layout structure, central axis and horizontal axis. There are also woodcuts inscribed by Prince Cheng during the Qianlong period, and there are also "imperial edict" stone tablets in the Qing Dynasty on the archway.

Seventeen-room building materials are huge in volume and sophisticated. The existing hanging brick gatehouse, carved stone windows, Lotus Pier, carved wooden doors and windows, dragon and phoenix brick carvings on the screen cloister, five-level horse head wall, carved lion balls, stone drums and countless flagpoles reveal the luxury, glory and glory of former owners everywhere.

Seventeen rooms are all exquisite craftsmanship of Ming and Qing craftsmen, giving people a dignified, elegant, elegant and pure aesthetic feeling. White walls and black tiles are reflected in the jungle stream, giving people a bright feeling, elegant and light, with endless charm. Visitors can walk slowly along the lanes paved with stone slabs or pebbles, along the high walls and along the smooth stone slabs, count the unique wall doors, look for the art world, imagine life in secluded alleys and listen to the echoes of history. People experience relaxation and tranquility different from work here, which makes people's body and mind really relaxed and meets the needs of high-level enjoyment, so "Zheng Seventeen Rooms" has high historical and cultural value and tourism value.

2. Existing problems

Seventeen rooms of Zheng is beautiful, but there are also many regrets:

Poor protection Most of the houses here are rented out to outsiders, which is not only poorly protected, but also does not reflect the customs and habits of Jiangnan water towns and Zhenhai. The local people's awareness of protection is not strong, and many buildings have been artificially transformed, which has seriously damaged ancient buildings. Some houses have collapsed, and the flagpoles that were visible in ancient times are gone now, replaced by telephone poles. Surrounded by modern rural houses, it is extremely out of harmony with ancient buildings; Many works of art are either sold or stolen. Therefore, it is urgent to protect the "Zheng Seventeen Rooms" as soon as possible.

Development is blank. Because the scenic spot has been surrounded by existing rural houses, it is difficult for tourists to find the "Zheng Seventeen Rooms". There is no schematic diagram or related introduction in the scenic spot, which has caused great inconvenience to tourists. Moreover, the introduction of "Zheng Seventeen Rooms" by other media is very few, so there are very few tourists coming here. The only advantage is that no one here collects tickets from you.

Third, the concept of development.

1. Develop various tourism resources.

In the "Zheng's Seventeen Rooms" tourist area, the existing buildings will be renovated to form the original Ming and Qing architectural museums, and at the same time, customs activities with Zhenhai characteristics will be developed, such as collecting sea melon seeds with mud boats, which can require tourists to imitate ancient Qi Jiguang and play anti-Japanese games with mud boats, which not only increases the diversity, entertainment and uniqueness of tourism, but also stimulates people's freshness and makes tourism resources interact with tourists. The "Zheng's Seventeen Rooms" will be transformed into.

2. Develop existing resources as a whole.

The Zhaobaoshan Bridge, the coastal defense site, the ancient seawall and the port near Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area are organically connected by cable cars, aerial cable bridges and cruise ships, so that people can not only appreciate the openness of the sea and the majestic posture of Zhaobaoshan, but also receive the ever-changing development of the motherland and touching stories in history; At the same time, the arrangement of the route should enhance playability and observability, such as letting people experience the thrills of cable cars, the excitement of cable bridges in the air and the hardships of ancient navigation. Add movies and games to coastal defense sites and fortresses, such as imitating ancient war scenes, so that tourists can experience the feeling of victory in the war against France; At the same time, entertainment and fitness facilities will be added to meet the needs of local people for leisure and fitness.

3. Strengthen publicity and development.

Zhenhai tourism resources are lack of unified development and comprehensive utilization, and many resources are divided by many departments, which can not be effectively developed, utilized, managed and popularized. Therefore, Zhenhai should integrate the existing resources, strengthen contact, develop different characteristic tourism resources and unify publicity.

4. Do a good job in the protection of tourism resources.

In the field investigation, we feel that although the relevant departments of Zhenhai have done some protection and restoration work on tourism resources, there are still great problems, especially from the perspective of long-term interests. We call on relevant departments to establish relevant policies and regulations as soon as possible, implement relevant responsibilities, and preserve Zhenhai's tourism resources for a long time.

Fourth, feelings

After nearly a year's study and investigation, under the guidance of Mr. Du, our Zhenhai Tourism Resources Geography Research Group can finally complete the project. Looking back on the investigation process in the past year, it is not easy for us to go all the way, from determining the subject, clarifying the direction of investigation and research, learning relevant theoretical knowledge, to conducting group investigation, on-the-spot investigation, analyzing data and summarizing results. We have encountered many difficulties and setbacks, as well as failures and tribulations. But through the efforts of the whole group of students, we overcame these factors and successfully completed this project activity. Next time, all the students in our group will thank those who helped, encouraged and supported us.

In this project, we adopted the method of combining field investigation and interview. Through going out of school and contacting the society, we have learned knowledge that we can't learn in class, and greatly exercised our social investigation ability and observation ability. In particular, it has exercised our courage, honed our will, enhanced our experience in dealing with people, improved our social practice ability, and made us learn how to apply what we have learned to solve practical problems, thus changing our original learning concept.
