Methodology of Experiential Training

The case study method, also known as the case study method, was developed by Harvard University in 1980. The case study method was first used as an educational technique for senior managers and business policy related educational practices, and then borrowed by many companies to become an important method of employee training.

Brainstorming method, also known as intellectual stimulation method, BS (Brain Storming) method, was first proposed by the founder of modern creativity, American scholar Alex Osborne in 1939, and formally published in 1953.
