The raw materials of red heart cake are very simple, including glutinous rice, sugar and kumquat. The raw materials for making red heart cakes are glutinous rice, sugar and kumquat, but the production process requires exquisite: the glutinous rice is washed with warm water, then fried in a pot, then ground into powder and placed on a bamboo screen covered with white gauze.
