Where is our moral bottom line?
From the bottom line alone, the bottom line is the limit you can bear, and you can't exaggerate it. For example, many movie stars have set corresponding conditions when shooting photos or movie content, and they don't do anything beyond it, such as showing their shoulders, showing other places, filming in bed and so on. This is the limit they can bear and their own bottom line. But from a big perspective, this is a big vision of society. Moral bottom line is a social problem, and there are many differences, such as ethnic differences, gender differences, family size and so on. In China's traditional moral system, except murder and arson, other moral norms are basically related to filial piety and chastity. Therefore, in some film and television works, we can often see how filial a murderer or criminal is when he needs to show his good side, and when we describe women's misfortune, we often arrange them to live in the dust. In the eyes of China people, unfilial and disloyalty are greater evils than murder and arson. So where should the moral bottom line be drawn? I think it should be on the basis of freedom and equality, or on a scale that does not affect the legitimate rights and interests of others. We are talking about the moral bottom line. It would be better if you were kind. But how many people can understand and achieve this bottom line? We should understand that morality is not only as simple as filial piety, loyalty and righteousness, but also human nature is not only good, including equality, honesty, respect, self-esteem, freedom, independence, justice and so on. These qualities may be more important than loyalty and filial piety, because they are more closely related to others, strangers and society, which directly affects a person's performance in society and also affects the value orientation and development direction of the whole society.
