Three charging methods of storage battery

There are three kinds of battery charging: constant voltage charging, constant current charging and intelligent charging.

Constant voltage charging is the most common and basic charging method. Its charging voltage and current are constant until the battery is fully charged. Advantages are simplicity and high charging efficiency, but disadvantages are long charging time and insufficient battery protection.

Constant current charging

Constant current charging is charging under a certain current condition, and its charging current remains unchanged until the battery is fully charged. The advantages are fast charging speed and high charging efficiency, but the disadvantages are that a special charger is needed to control the charging current and the charger cost is high.

Intelligent charging

Intelligent charging is a way to automatically control charging through computer chips. It can be accurately charged according to battery type, capacity, battery internal resistance, temperature and other factors, and the charging effect is even better. Its advantages are high charging speed, high efficiency and battery protection, but its disadvantage is high cost.

Choose a suitable charging method.

In actual use, you can choose the appropriate charging method according to your own needs. If fast charging speed is required, you can choose constant current charging; If good charging effect is required, you can choose smart charging; If it is just an ordinary household appliance, you can choose to charge at constant voltage.
