Our first oil production team was established in 1972, with employees 168, managing 25 oil and water wells1well, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of crude oil. Over the years, inspired by the spirit of "serving the people", our team has made great efforts to strengthen ideological and political work, explore new working modes, improve management level, and ensure the comprehensive completion of various tasks with the goal of achieving stable production in the old liberated areas and taking innovation and high efficiency as the main line.

On February 1 1, the oil field skill masters came to our fiery production line in the footsteps of spring. Our team has always insisted on signing a "mentoring" contract, so that technicians with high quality, good style and hard skills can form a helping pair with young workers, impart technical experience, help ideas and bring style, and receive the effect of mutual assistance and promotion, thus achieving the goal of post training and post success. At present, 80% of the employees in our team are multi-functional, including senior petroleum technician 1 person, electrician technician 1 person, 80 senior workers and 54 intermediate workers. In the technical competition organized by the mine last year, 80 employees of our team participated in the competition, and achieved good results of being the first in the group, and a large number of technical leaders such as Xu Jungang and Zhang Jianmin emerged. As a trainee training base for college students in the oil production plant, our team has enrolled four graduate students, and many trainee students have taken up technical and management positions in brother units, forming a strong "talent echelon".

Third, technological innovation, highlighting the spirit of "serving the people"

Innovation is the core and foothold of serving the people. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of every employee by all means, our team made full use of Haipeng's advantage of being around, and launched the activity of "learning, striving to be a good party member, a good cadre, a good worker and a good team, and creating an innovative party branch" as the main content, and established Haipeng's scientific and technological research team, which set off an upsurge of "research team" in the whole team. As a traditional project, this activity has been actively continued and promoted.

The energy-saving reducer of pumping unit developed by him has successfully solved the problems that have plagued oilfield production for many years, and is known as a revolution in mechanical production system, which has achieved great economic and social benefits. At present, our team has promoted the use of 70 sets and more than 650 sets in the whole plant, with an average single well power saving rate of 36%. The annual direct economic benefit of the whole plant is more than 5 million yuan, and the comprehensive benefit is very considerable. This technology was awarded the first prize of the General Administration of Science and Technology Progress and won the national patent. In 2004, it was named "Shengli Haipeng Pumping Unit Energy-saving Reducer" by the Bureau Party Committee. At present, it is widely used in Shengli, Zhongyuan, North China and other oil fields. This year, Cheng Haipeng was awarded a special contribution award by the oil production plant.
