Calendar" as the topic of the 600 words of two essays
I remember when I was a child, the concept of time was not condensed into a string of electronic numbers as it is today, but existed in every place within reach: in my diary, in the markings on my wall calendar, on the page of the calendar that I tore off early in the morning. ......
At the time, we were willing to pay some seriousness and solemnity to recognize the flow of time in our lives, and the beauty associated with each moment.
But gradually, under the impact of the faster and faster lifestyle, passing time seems to be the only meaning of time. Regrettably, the beauty associated with time, which we could have cherished, is often actively abandoned.
Three sample essays are given below under the title The Calendar for your reference.
Episode 1 The Calendar
It's x day today, and I've torn another page out of the calendar.
Every day, I put the torn off calendar in a box and tell myself, "This is how you spend your time, another day of your life shortened." I don't know why, but at just 18 years old, I had a fear of death, and although it didn't come up very often, I shuddered every time I flashed an imagined old age and illness in my mind. I think maybe I'm just too chicken to be afraid of pain.
I want to keep time, but I can't. So I have to find a way to document time. So every time I tore off a page of the calendar, I would write what happened on that day on it and collect it. The box in which I keep my calendar is also filled with my joys and sorrows, excitements and losses. I don't know the significance of doing this. But I do know that every time I tell it what's happening, I feel especially comfortable, as if I'm just confiding in a good friend.
I tried to hold onto time, but it always snuck away from me. Pages and pages of calendars that have been torn off are my passing life. The most precious thing for a person is to know how to cherish. Time flies, can we leave something in this world before our last page of the calendar is torn off?
Part 2 Calendar
My house is not very neat, but there is one place that is always neat - on the north wall. On the north wall of my house, there is a very large piece of white wallpaper, which clings to the wall without letting go for a moment. However, there is nothing on it but a big calendar. It was precisely because there was nothing but a calendar on that north wall that the calendar stood out.
The calendar was colorful, so what were the exact colors? I can't say. Because it has so many colors! It's so colorful that it's hard to see clearly. That there is a big red-colored large paper, painted with a variety of beautiful patterns, there are galloping ponies, there are lovely white rabbits, there are green prairie, there is purple evening sun, there is a gentle lamb, there are also happy XiyangYang ...... There are also twelve white thin paper, respectively, engraved with twelve months, there are black fonts, that was time to go to school, and red lettering, which was vacation time. Under each number, there are a few small words, such as: fourteen/14, cold dew/16, frost/30 ...... red and black fonts on each side of the number, red font is a day suitable for doing things, black font is a day should not be done, there are also beautiful fonts, anyway, the calendar's content is colorful, tell us a lot of knowledge, the Plus the beautiful pattern, make people look and beautiful content and rich, in short, this big calendar has a lot of benefits, although it is a little bit occupy the seat, but our family are very loving it, every month on time for it to clean, with a rag to wipe the dust, with water to wash the walls, so that every day it is full of vitality, it looks very comfortable.
I love this calendar on the wall! I hope you'll check it out too!
Part 3 Calendar
When I was very young, I never understood what a calendar was. When I asked my mom and dad, my dad said, "Isn't a calendar just a calendar?" Mom said, "A calendar is used to record every day of our lives." I didn't really understand. I went back to ask my grandparents, who jokingly said, "A page of a calendar is a day, and when the calendar is torn up, it's time for New Year's." When I heard that, wow, New Year's! New Year's means I can wear new clothes and buy new year's goods, how I want to celebrate New Year's soon!
In order to celebrate the New Year quickly, the next night, I secretly took the calendar off the wall and brought it to my room. I thought to myself, "Grandma and Grandpa say that if you tear up all the calendars, you can celebrate New Year's Eve, but tearing up a page a day is too slow, so I'm going to tear up the whole calendar tonight.
I huddled under the covers, shone a flashlight on the calendar, and tore through it, page by page. An hour passed, the calendar was I tore off a small part, two hours passed, the calendar is almost half torn, three hours, four hours ...... eyes are about to tear the calendar finished. Suddenly, there was a strange cry from outside the room, "Where did the calendar go?" Oh no, the matter of stealing the calendar was still discovered. At this time, someone knocked on the door outside my room, I had to harden my heart and pretend to be calm to open the door. Grandma stood outside the door and asked me, "Yee, have you seen the calendar?" I shook my head. Grandma trusted me the most and didn't ask anything more, and went to look somewhere else. This time it was sort of a scare. Eventually, I managed to finish tearing up the calendar.
I quietly put the calendar back in its place and lay in bed excitedly waiting for the New Year that would soon be upon us. The next day dawned with another strange shriek coming from outside my room, waking me up straight away. "Oh my God, why is the calendar back and all torn up?!" I got dressed and walked out of the room and said to my grandmother, "Grandma, it's going to be New Year's Eve, isn't it?" Grandma was surprised, "It's just after New Year's, why is it going to be New Year's again?" Grandma just finished saying this, as if she understood something, and took my hand to give me a good explanation. I seemed to understand, the days have to pass one day at a time, it is impossible to finish a whole year in the blink of an eye.
I was frustrated! Why I was frustrated, maybe only you guys understand.
