1, the motor does not rotate.

Disconnecting the power plug or motor plug of the controller can immediately determine the fault. Disconnect the power plug of the controller and open the power lock. Measure the interface voltage of the high-speed handle of the controller. When rotating the handle, the output voltage of the signal port should change between 0.8 and 4.8V, otherwise the handle will break. Measure the power supply voltage with the multimeter DC range, then measure the motor voltage * * * and adjust it to the maximum * * *. If the voltage difference is greater than 1V, the controller is judged to be faulty and should be replaced; When the motor is rotating, there is abnormal noise, or when riding, the motor shell is overheated * * * and the heat is touched by hand * * *, then it is concluded that the motor is faulty; Low battery voltage will also cause slow rotation speed * * * The battery has exceeded its service life or is under-charged * * *; The design and manufacturing defects of the motor itself cannot be ruled out, which leads to the motor being stuffy and slow, so the motor should be replaced; If the speed slows down due to the wear of the motor carbon brush, the carbon brush should be replaced. In the process of maintenance, it is found that the motor has abnormal sound, usually because the motor bearing or the magnetic steel in the motor falls off, so the rotor should be replaced.

When the bearing is short of grease, you will hear the sound of "bones gnawing at bones"; If you hear a discontinuous "stalk" sound, it may be that the bearing steel ring is broken; If the bearing is mixed with sand and other sundries or the bearing parts are slightly worn, it will produce slight noise.
Inspection after disassembly
First, check whether the bearing rolling elements and inner and outer rings are damaged, rusted and worn. Then hold the bearing inner ring with one hand and straighten the bearing, and push the outer ring with the other hand. If the bearing is in good condition, the outer ring should rotate smoothly without vibration and obvious jamming, and the outer ring will not retreat after stopping, otherwise the bearing will be damaged. You can also hold the outer ring with your left hand and the inner steel ring with your right hand and push it hard in all directions. If you feel loose when pushing, it means that the bearing is badly worn.
Fault repair method
Remove the motor from the electric bicycle, unscrew the motor screw, first open the motor end cover with a puller, and then remove the old bearing with a puller to check whether the bearing is short of grease or damaged. Rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be wiped off with sandpaper, and then cleaned with gasoline; If the bearing is cracked, the inner and outer rims are cracked or the bearing is excessively worn, the bearing should be replaced with a new one. When replacing a new bearing, choose the same bearing as the original model. When installing a new bearing, put the new bearing in the position of the old bearing, knock it with a steel bar and install it in a suitable position.
Maintenance measures of electric vehicles
1, don't change the charger casually, use a special charger. Improper use of different types of chargers may lead to battery leakage, heating, smoking, fire or explosion.
