How to deal with life and death?

Nature has given me a form, made me laborious with life, made me leisurely with old age, and made me restful with death, so that what is good for me to live is also good for me to die. All of these are the laws of nature, so it is the right choice for us to treat our lives in accordance with the way of nature.

The world is an empty place, and people are born to suffer. Because of this, it is better for people to cling to this shore than to go to the other shore to enjoy a happy afterlife after the cycle of reincarnation. Therefore, they do not value life and death, because death does not matter, but is just a change of time and form in the afterlife.

The concept of life and death

The traditional culture of China is a long-term historical precipitation of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism, and people's views on death are also influenced by these ideas, and they have always taken a negative attitude towards death, which is always denied and obscured, and they may not even make any mention of death in their speech, which is a symbol of misfortune and fear.

Western culture, on the other hand, is largely influenced by Christianity, and Christians have come to believe in "heaven" and eternal life through the death of Jesus, and they believe that death is a conversion to the Father. Their view of death is far more positive than that of the traditional Chinese. The secrecy surrounding death in China prevents people from accepting death in their daily lives and "treating" it well, and they are more likely to be afraid of it than to accept it as a reality.
