Through the research of OPTO22 control system, it is found that the automatic regulating valve cannot be set automatically. 12 desulfurization tower has a large circulating volume of solution, and the specific gravity of solution is greater than the diameter of the heavy water tower of 2m and 8m, so the liquid level measurement height is 2m, so the amount of solution that needs to be automatically adjusted by the automatic regulating valve is large, and the resistance of the solution being pressed into the regeneration ejector from the bottom of the tower is far greater than the resistance of gas distribution, so the automatic regulating valve is required to open quickly and have a large flow.
According to the opening ratio of operating valve automatically set by desulfurization DCS operating system, it can be seen that the opening of PID self-regulating valve is 0 and 1 each time, which can not meet the process requirements, and the adjustment time is too long and the fluctuation is too large, so it is impossible to set automatic operation. This processing method has found the reason through a lot of research on photoelectric software and materials. As long as the opening ratio adjusted by PID in OPTO operating system is modified and the current opening ratio of 0 and 1 is changed to 1, the process requirements can be met.
So you can set the automatic control. Through the above minor transformation, the main problems of equipment in production have been solved, which has played an important role in the safety and stability of production.
Third, if you have innovative ideas, you should be brave enough to put them into practice.
