Sinan County belongs to Tongren City, Guizhou Province.

Located in the hinterland of the Wuling Mountains, it is bordered by Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in the east, Fenggang County in the west, Shichian County in the south, and Dejiang County in the north, with a total area of 2,230.5 square kilometers, and a household population of 668,300 people in 2020, with the main ethnic group of Han Chinese, among which the minority nationalities are the Tujia, Yi, and Bai, and other nationalities, and as of October 2021, the Sinan County has 3 streets, 17 towns and 8 townships under its jurisdiction.

Geology:
